I called 100 Percent Plumbing to swap out 2 toilets and repair or relace a vanity faucet in our home. I called a few days before I wanted it done and they placed me on the schedule and they actually showed up when they said they were going to. They did go purchase the toilets for us and while they were gone they received an emergency call for another location. Instead of just putting us off, they actually called me and asked if it would be OK for them to go take care of the emergency and then come back to us. We were impressed as most would not have called and just done what they wanted. Nick and Steven were very professional and neat with their work and did all the clean up after they finished although there was very little mess that they created. We will request they come back for any future plumbing needs we have and they have already been referred to two of our family members for work at their house.
Matt and Tyree were great throughout the process of changing my old pipes from the house to the street. They were quick to respond, friendly and professional! There was a leak even after and they took responsibility and came out to re-do the entire piping, which we very much appreciated and shows their integrity as a company. I would absolutely recommend them!

Coleman, Matt, and the entire 100% Plumbing team were absolutely amazing. We hired them for a very challenging job: installing a brand-new sewer line from the street to a home we had just purchased. The house had never been connected to city sewer before, so there were a lot of unknowns going in. The project involved trenching approximately 150 feet uphill, cutting through a new driveway, navigating a steep hillside yard, working around trees, closing off and filling an old cess tank, installing brand-new sewer pipes, adding a new main water line, and relining the sewer line under the home. For the relining work, they brought in Prodigy Sewer & Drain, Middle Tennessee’s trenchless pros, who specialize in trenchless pipe relining solutions. That solution saved us money and helped us avoid what could have become a much bigger nightmare, especially since the original pipe was over 50 years old and had clearly reached the end of its life after decades of use by multiple large families. Each day brought new surprises. Coleman handled every unexpected challenge with grace, professionalism, a smile, and even a song. Rainy days did not slow him down. He was covered in mud most of the time and just kept going. The team’s communication and consistency were also a delight. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, endurance, strength, and problem-solving skills Coleman, Matt, and the full team brought to this project. It was not an easy job, and they made it happen. The cost of the project was intimidating, but so was the scope of the work. In the end, this team made a scary and overwhelming project feel possible. Honestly, after seeing what they endured and accomplished, I wished I had deeper pockets so I could pay them even more. I hope this review brings them more business, because if you hire 100% Plumbing, you will be very glad you did. Whether your project is small, large, or full of unknowns, they bring the skill, integrity, and heart you want in a plumbing team. They also mentor younger up-and-coming plumbers, which makes supporting them feel like a win all around.
We were pleasantly satisfied with 100% Plumbing. Our water heater was leaking water and after 12 years we were fairly sure we just needed a new one. We called several plumbers to get a quote, and two of them wanted money up front just to come and assess the problem. One said you could use the $ towards the repair, the other said that’s just the cost of coming out. 100% Plumbing came to look at it for free. They came early the next day, were on time, and knowledgeable. James, the actual plumber, was nice, qualified, and confirmed we needed a new water heater. They installed the same type of water heater first thing the next morning. They were quick and professional with no problems. We also thought the price quoted was fair.
