They have been renovating neighbors home for a few years. Our street has been their “hosting site” for heavy duty trucks and other site cars. For the most part, no issues. In the past few weeks, they’ve had more and more contractor vehicles parked. More garbage has appeared. I called the office to ask them to pick up the garbage, that wasn’t done. When I went outside to pick up the garbage, I noticed one of my sprinkler heads was dislodged.
