Hotel is in a great location right by airport and close to other things in Columbus, however while our room was clean, this hotel appears to be on the downswing. Our hot water was barely working and there are some interesting characters at this hotel. I never felt unsafe though, but just be aware of your surroundings like you would in any major city.
Service was great. Room, building and breakfast subpar. Breakfast - you guessed it, the same steamed eggs and sausage, waffle mix, yogurt and toast you have had at hundreds of other free continental breakfasts. At best 2.5/5 stars, completely average Room - updates done on the cheap, and it shows. Weird black stuff where shower was installed (see pic), little hot water or water pressure at 8 am because a cheap hot water system was installed or not updated properly, crown molding peeling off in the hallway, etc. You’ve seen it before, a hotel that has been updated on the cheap, and it shows if you look an inch beneath the surface. 2/5 stars. Service was great - 5/5 So, all in all 3/5

The room, the amenities, the breakfast was all fine. The biggest issue was finding a place to park... about 10 inches of snow had fallen the day before and they (apparently) hasn't made arrangements to have the snow removed/plowed from parking lot. Other than that, it was reasonably nice at a competitive rate. The single digit temps and strong winds the next morning were a stark reminder of the importance of some of the routine "grounds and maintenance" aspects we often take for granted in the midwest.
Me and my ex stayed here in the hotel was just beautiful there's a nice bar area and the parking is restricted to guests only. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel I just didn't get to stay there that long because we broke up the same day we checked in 😄😄so for what I know about it was awesome and I don't have a picture of them I'm just going to include another picture of myself😂
I originally booked a stay for 2 nights for my husband and son. Upon their arrival late at night they checked in and given a room. They walked in and the room looked like someone was there right before them. White stains on the blue couch, stains on the sheets, mold all over the bathroom and what's seemed like bodily fluid stains on the wall. I called the front desk and the gentleman said to send my family down so they could put them in their best room. They switched rooms at this point my family was over it. Mold in the bathrooms , pubic hair or the toilet seat and on the shower wall . This was around almost midnight and decided to sleep there in the cleanest bed because the other was dirty. The sheets had stains. They checked out the next day. They are now telling expedia that they cannot refund me. I paid for clean, sanitized rooms. They were not at all and do not recommend. I am not sure how they have not gotten in trouble for their sanitation procedures.
