SeekOne did an amazing job. They were very helpful with the insurance claim process. I appreciated the sales process rep, Robert, was not pushy and worked on my own terms. SeekOne and Raul’s team did excellent work on the new roof and thoroughly cleaned the site up after. Raul provided periodic photo updates and walked the site with me afterwards. Absolutely fabulous experience! It was super easy to reach out. They used multiple forms of communication which was awesome since I’m always focused on 5 different things so answering a text or email is faster for me. They worked super well with my insurance, and I didn’t have to handle any major issues. Finally, the actual work was done seamlessly. It was super hot on the roof and the guys made sure to take care of each other. This was the most important part to me. My roof can be done over two days. Not a problem. SeekOne seemed to genuinely care for their team. You can’t put a price on that.

Andrew was awesome! My neighbor recommended Seek One so I texted Andrew and a couple hours later the roof was inspected and an instance claim filed! He knew exactly what to do and walked me through the whole process. We had some rescheduling due to rain but they were great about it and the roof was done and cleaned up in a day. I had been dreading getting out roof taken care of, but thanks to Andrew and Seek One it was so easy!
