Beautiful lobby, friendly and very helpful employees. Stayed here to catch a show at the Neptune. Such a perfect location to walk to and from. The room we got was a suite and reminded us of the perfect studio apartment. Had a whole kitchenette, with breakfast nook, fidge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, sink and even had full set if dishes to use and a disposal too. They provided an iron With an ironing board if you need a little straightening up. The bed was a little hard but we only stayed for 1 night so it wasnt too bad and the windows didn't hold back the noise from traffic very well but that's probably why they provided ear plugs. Other than those minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable and worth the price we got it for. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
My stay at the Residence Inn Seattle University District exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every staff member I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I especially want to recognize the manager, Justin. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue I experienced and provided customer service that was truly extraordinary. Justin is the epitome of what exceptional customer service should be. He was professional, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was a great experience. This was my first time staying at this location, but it certainly will not be my last. The outstanding service I received from Justin and the entire staff made all the difference. Thank you for making me feel valued as a guest. Justin, you are a true winner, and Marriott is fortunate to have someone of your caliber leading the team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle!

Massive shout-out to Daniel who took excellent care of us! We flew into town trom the east coast on a family emergency, so there was no chance to plan. At about 4a.m., Daniel got us settled in a room and bought us enough time to sleep and formulate an immediate plan. Because he was so helpful, kind, and understanding, we decided to stay here for the remainder of our time in town. Upon finalizing the rest of our plan, Brandol set us up so we wouldn't have to change rooms, so a huge thanks to him as well! The rest of the staff have all been very polite, and more helpful than you would normally expect these days. Kudos to the whole team for being more about action and service than just talk! Thank you all, again, from the bottoms of our hearts.
This hotel was absolutely fantastic! I was in town for something at Seattle Children's hospital and this was super close. I loved that I could park my own vehicle and there was always plenty of parking. I was worried about noise as the street the hotel is off of is pretty busy but I had no issues waking up to street noise. The rooms were large and comfortable. The AC worked super well! The breakfast was always super well stocked with tons of veg friendly options. My only complaint was the workout room, most newer hotels I stay at have Pelaton bikes which are much better for bike training vs the recumbent bikes but this hotel has a great brand new fitness room with just the older style bikes. A small complaint for an otherwise fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again!
After a absolutely horrible travel day that landed me back in WA at 6am the staff and room were and are a welcome godsend. Not only did I not loose my room despite checking in late (by late I mean the morning of my checkout) but I was offered a late check out. The room itself is amazing. The bed is so comfortable that I wish I could stay longer. The staff has been friendly and professional and patient. If I ever needed to have an extended stay close to UW this is my choice. The kitchen is amazing. The bathroom is Devine. All around this hotel is welcoming and calming. There is so much space to do work and unpack and unwind. If I ever needed my own little perfect flat/ apartment this would be my choice. I am thankful for this experience. The bed alone may have saved my sanity.
