Daniil from Seattle Heating and Cooling came and did a tune up of our Carrier hybrid heat pump system (it's two different units, one the outdoor heat pump and the other is an electric furnace that kicks in when the heat pump can't handle the cold, which also contains the blower which distributes heat through the ventilation ducts throughout the house). The system cost more than $11,000 so it's a sensitive thing to make sure it's handled correctly. Daniil did among the most thorough inspections of the system I've seen, including pointing out some flaws in the way the electric furnace had been installed by the Carrier dealer back in 2021 and some recommendations on cleaning the system that I could do myself. All wrapped up in a thorough inspection report and done at a very competitive price. Thanks Daniil and Seattle Heating & Cooling!
Having a gas furnace seems to be rarer in this area and finding a contractor that does the work and does it well is a challenge. Seattle Heating and Cooling are competent, skilled, and provide wonderful customer service. Sergey’s team is the best! We needed a complete furnace replacement - their installation team did a perfect job. We’re so happy we don’t have ti worry about this for probably decades to come.

Want to share my experience with Seattle Heating and Cooling. Very impressed with the work that they did. Everyone has been great to work with and made the process of getting 5-zone ductless mini split installation easy. Arrived on time and worked until the job was complete which was after 7PM. Highly recommend.
I scheduled and pre paid for a heat pump service through Home Depot. This Company, Seattle Heating and Cooling, calls the day of and says they have to cancel because short of employees and they have other emergency clients that are a priority. My heat pump is down too. I tried to work with them giving them the following week and they could not cancel those appts, earliest they can get me in was the 18th. They need to hire more techs if they are going to work with Home Depot as a partner.
Serge and his team did a great job installing our mini split system. They are polite, and professional. The installation was completed on a prompt timeline, and the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality HVAC work and dependable service!
