I was saying to myself this girl will be an "amazing dentist" the entire time she was cleaning. Thank you for employing greatness.
I have been taking my mother to this office for over 5 years. She is 76 and disabled and they take such great care of her. I just had to spread the word. When I had a billing issue a year ago it was fixed in less than an hour and the confusion was throughly explained. Customer service at the front desk is top notch. When they see us coming with the wheelchair someone always jumps up to assist. You are not going to have to wait. They call you back AT your appointment time. Dr Asher feels like family now. Between her and Venita I can’t compliment them enough. They don’t hesitate for one second when it’s time to help my mom move around in tight spaces and they definitely put her comfortability second only to the actual dental work. If she’s cold she has a blanket in seconds. The work is always carefully explained before and after. These people really care about their patients, front to back office. There are many many dental providers in the area but and I would not trust another dentist to help with my mother.

Came in as a new patient because I moved and was under new insurance. Front desk staff was friendly and quick which I appreciated. Dr. Chuzhin was super knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Audrey helped in explaining my insurance benefits in what was covered and why. I was not excited about the deep cleaning I needed to get but the dental hygienist Andrea was reassuring and thorough in her explanation of every step which I appreciated. Glad to have my dental care in this team’s hands.
the people here were very friendly, but presented me with a dental plan that would have cost thousands of dollars AFTER insurance and left me really distressed at the diagnosis presented. i went to a different dentist and they showed me that i just had a few cavities that only required basic fillings. it’s a shame that you have to “shop around” for something like dentistry but recommend getting a second opinion if they’re showing you an extended treatment plan for anything beyond a cleaning. when looking at other reviews this appears to be a recurring issue at this clinic.
Extremely warm and kind staff. They handled things with professionalism, humanity and compassion. They worked well together and actually cared about me. I am most grateful to my hygienist Andrea Knight, RDH, she took care of business and made me feel safe and genuinely cared for. She was very thoughtful and thorough. I came with a lot of challenges and she handled everything with grace and kindness. I am so thankful.
