I had a new electric panel installed in an older home. Patrick and Tom were great. They were on time, friendly, willing to explain what they were doing, and extremely patient when working out problems. Darvy at the office was very good at keeping the lines of communication open, too. I highly recommend this company.
We called this company because my original company cancelled on me the day of services. I had taken the day off. I was disappointed. I called Falcons and asked if they would possibly be able to help me today. She apologized stating she did not believe they would be able to get out today but I scheduled with them because she was kind and understanding about my situation. What made it great was she called back about 2 hours later and said they could come the same day. They were professional and all the work was completed in two visits. I would recommend this company highly. On time, reliable, professional and reasonably priced. 5 stars from us!!

Patrick from Falcon Electric did an amazing job on my garage. What used to be exposed wiring everywhere is now completely clean and fully in wall, and the whole space feels finished and professional. The lighting looks incredible and truly transformed it into a business ready space. Beyond the quality of the work, Patrick was great to work with. He was kind, respectful, and a clear communicator from start to finish. He explained options in a way that was easy to understand, kept me updated, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The entire process felt smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician who delivers excellent work and a genuinely positive experience.
FABULOUS SERVICE AND WE PERSONALLY RECOMMEND! All I can say is Jonathan is the best! Double that 'best' appellation for David! They are the TEAM. Needed a safety check because our bathroom, walk-in closet lights went dark never to return to service. We called Falcon -- and thank the desk staff for their quick same day response to our urgent issue. We suspected more would come to light (yes that's a pun). Long story short: the attention, care and detail of Jonathan and David is truly amazing and noteworthy. All the problems were addressed and fixed. We tossed in other work to be done: new fan installation and updated fire alarms. Tidy, professional and knowledgable. We will always use Falcon, Jonathan and David in the future. They have our complete trust.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s dryer service. I contacted them because I had a 3-prong outlet and a 4-prong dryer cord and wanted a safe, proper solution. I expected a professional assessment and possibly upgrading the outlet to a 4-prong setup. During the visit, the technician checked the dryer and initially discussed options, but then proceeded to replace the 4-prong cord with a 3-prong cord without clearly explaining or getting my approval. I already had a compatible 3-prong cord myself, but they used their own instead. The entire visit took about 30 minutes, yet I was charged $570. That price does not match the level of work performed, especially since no outlet upgrade or meaningful electrical work was completed. I was also told there was “troubleshooting,” but in reality the technician mainly opened the panel, saw there was no grounding wire, and decided not to proceed further because it would take more time. To make matters worse, after they left, I found that the dryer duct they installed is leaking hot air, which shows the work was not completed properly. Overall, this experience involved poor communication, unexpected and excessive pricing, and incomplete work. I would strongly advise others to get a clear, itemized quote and explicitly approve the work before allowing anything to be done.
