I stayed here for three nights for a staycation in one of the suites, and it was absolutely amazing and will definitely be returning. First and foremost, the staff are all amazing (the reception, servers, bartenders, valet, cleaning staff) anyone you interact with will make you feel right at home. The cleaning crew in particular keep the room so incredibly clean and made sure to replenish my waters each time. They also have a great bar and restaurant. Make sure to check out the live music they have on the weekends, the performer I saw on Friday was absolutely amazing. Even if you're not staying at the hotel I highly recommend coming here if you want to do a nice cocktail hour or have a nice dinner. I didn't personally try the spa, but I heard from other guests that it was amazing. I did get into the salt water pool which was so relaxing and next time I come back I plan to do the sound bath. So whether you're coming into town from somewhere else, or you live locally I highly recommend coming to check Waldorf out.
Absolutely amazing! If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice and just book your stay! My brother and I stayed here to watch the World Cup, our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to our room until the next day. The staff were extremely hospitable and helped accommodate us way more than we could have ever expected. The room service was immaculate and arrived quickly. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Special thank you to the ladies and gentlemen who worked the front desk as we arrived and departed. They ensured we were taken care of, had amazing conversations with us, and even gave us insights on the airport since we are not from here, lol. Uber and Lyft did not seem to have any trouble locating the hotel either. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. The hotel alone is enough for me to come back!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. First time staying here, I would come back. I was upgraded to a king room with a balcony. Room was very good sized, I enjoyed the balcony. The bathroom was very nice with a nice tub. The bed was extremely comfortable, probably one of the nicest beds I’ve stayed in at any Waldorf Astoria (I’ve been to 10 so far). I checked out the spa but only used the sauna and hot tub. The water wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked, and the shower water was a little cold. Facilities were nice though, and the staff were helpful. Did not get to use the pool but it looked nice. Really enjoyed the restaurant. I sat in the front area where they have live music. Had a very good espresso martini and dessert. The music was great and very much enjoyed it. Restraint was also very well appointed. I wish the hotel was closer to more stuff in downtown, but not the fault of the property. Hope to stay at this property again in the future.
I stayed in Room 1409 from Thursday, July 16, 2026, through Monday, July 20, 2026. I want to start by recognizing someone who truly stood out during my stay: Jermaine, one of the bellmen. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and attentive. He opened my door, made sure I had everything I needed, and introduced himself so well that I won’t forget his name. When I returned to the hotel later during my stay, he remembered me and welcomed me back. He consistently provided the level of hospitality I expected from a luxury hotel, and he was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay did not reflect the standards of a five-star property. When I first entered my room, I found a large green M&M on the floor behind the ottoman near the window. While I initially overlooked it, it immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The bedding also had a very strong, unpleasant odor. The sheets did not appear dirty, but they had a stale smell that was noticeable enough that I had to spray fragrance on them just to make sleeping comfortable. The biggest disappointment came on my second day. Before leaving the hotel, I asked the front desk about the Do Not Disturb feature because I noticed another room had an indicator outside the door. They explained how it worked using the button inside the room. Despite that conversation, when I returned after 11:00 p.m., my room had not been serviced at all. My bed was unmade, the room had not been cleaned, and I had no fresh towels. A manager eventually brought towels to my room and offered bottled water, but water was not the issue. The issue was that housekeeping had been missed entirely. I was told the housekeeping staff had already gone home, leaving no way to correct the situation that evening. What disappointed me most was the lack of any meaningful effort to make things right. As a Hilton Gold member and American Express Platinum Card holder, I’ve stayed at many hotels where service issues were acknowledged with points, a room credit, or another form of compensation. In this case, I received towels and an offer of bottled water, but nothing that reflected the inconvenience or acknowledged that the hotel had failed to provide a basic service expected at this price point. I was also disappointed with the valet experience. On one morning, my vehicle was simply brought to the pickup area, my keys were handed to me, and I had to walk to my car myself. I watched other guests receive door-opening assistance, but that same level of service was not extended to me. On the morning I checked out, the bellman who assisted with my luggage placed my bag in my vehicle, but the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. For the price of this hotel, I expected a much more consistent level of service. Luxury hospitality is about attention to detail, cleanliness, and making guests feel valued throughout their stay, not just at check-in. Would I stay here again? No. My advice to future travelers is simple: don’t rely solely on the hotel’s star rating or promotional photos. Read the lowest-rated reviews before booking to see what recurring issues guests have experienced. If you’re spending this much money on a hotel, it’s worth asking about those concerns before you reserve your room. Finally, I want to thank Jermaine again for providing exceptional service. He represented the level of professionalism and hospitality that I expected throughout my stay.
I visited the Waldorf and had a spectacular time. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail of my stay was handled with care. I would especially like to commend Jermaine Garrett, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, ensuring I had a comfortable and seamless visit. His kindness and dedication truly reflected the high standard of hospitality the Waldorf is known for. Thank you, Jermaine, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again. P.s - the steam room was amazing!
