We had an amazing experience at Sybaris Indianapolis! The room was beautiful, clean, and everything worked perfectly. The attention to detail really made the stay feel special. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. This was the perfect romantic getaway...relaxing, private, and such a good time. The romantic package definitely helped set the mood and made the experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Sybaris to couples looking for a quick, memorable staycation experience in the Midwest.
Overall it was a great experience. Only giving 3 stars because out thermostat would not go below 80. It was very hot in the room. Noticed a difference from the pool room and the rest of the room. They did offer us some extra fans. But it did not help with how hot the room was. The front desk did try their best to help. But with the room being so hot we could not get a decent night's sleep.

We had a great anniversary stay overall. Our original room had an air conditioning issue and remained around 80 degrees even after maintenance attempted repairs. The staff ultimately moved us to another suite, which was more updated, nicer, and had a much clearer pool. We appreciated the late checkout they provided after the room change. Prior to our stay, I called and specifically requested a renovated suite and was told that was what we had reserved. After our room was changed due to the AC issue, the replacement suite was significantly nicer and appeared more updated than our original room, which left us wondering whether we had actually been assigned the renovated room we requested. Unfortunately, on checkout day there was a water outage affecting the property and surrounding area. We had planned to get ready before leaving for our next hotel, but after waiting about an hour for service to return we had to leave without being able to shower. While this was outside the hotel's control, it was still an inconvenience. Despite those issues, we had a fun stay and the staff were courteous and apologetic throughout. The replacement room was excellent and we would consider staying again.
The roses were beautiful and lasted for days. The room was excellent, it was like having a spa in your own room. We used everything (pool, jet tub, shower room, message chair). There were lots of great restaurants around. We can't wait until our next trip. The only thing to improve on is the TV, we couldn't cast to it. The radio was blue tooth and sounded good. It would be nice for a girls get away trip, but only two people are allowed.
Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Only complaint I have is if you stay more than overnight (we stayed 2 nights) you need to let pool maintenance in between 10:30 and 1pm. You dont need to be there, but for obvious reasons you need to plan for a visitor. Would definitely recommend though!
