Rooms were very clean. It is right off the highway which is very convenient for traveling. Staff was so friendly and walked around asking if we needed anything which was appreciated. Kickback was absolutely crazy with everyone waiting to get their free drinks. Food was ok. Breakfast was great and servers were so friendly. Did order food from the restaurant and bartender was friendly as well. Only complaint is the if anyone is in the hallways overnight you can definitely hear them from your room. If you’re a light sleeper definitely have a sound machine. Also the room alarm clock went off at 6:15am and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so I had to just unplug it.
Was just up there for my daughter’s 16th birthday and it was very much packed and she was just wanting to get into the hot tub and pool area not able to to the amount of people that was there and the manager Virginia was absolutely amazing and gave us a late check out on Monday morning so that she was able to get into the pool and hot tub and was able to have an amazing time, the service and the people at front desk, bar area, and all around was amazing Virginia. The manager was absolutely the best very sweet very kind was more than willing to try to help out and cater to our needs which was amazing and my daughter was able to have a great time for her 16th birthday so shout out to Virginia the manager.

First and foremost, let me say that I am a big fan of Drury Hotels. I have stayed hundreds of times over my years. Drury Inn is my vacation get away from home when I need to relax. This specific visit… I was really excited about. I have not stayed since the remodel. The service that I received is superb so there's no complaints in regards to that. The issue is with my room. There were flies and ladybugs in my room. This was an issue when I stayed before. After the remodel, I thought that things would be different… There were dead and alive bugs on my lamps, and even in the bathroom! I had dead flies on towels!!!! I threw in the hallway quickly… I also received towels and blankets that had blonde hair all over them.I also received wash cloths that even had makeup on them and tobacco, which I also quickly tossed in the hall... I was so disgusted, I didn't get many pictures, but please see attached... Truly disappointed. My guest from out of town even asked me if I seem the dead and alive flies in the lamp shade. My bed sheets had yellow stains...Also, at 3 am...I was awaken by a vacuum cleaner being ran and alot of commotion. My 3 night stay was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. Update- Spoke with Noah, the general manager. He took pride in making sure my situation was rectified and I will be giving Drury Inn another chance in the future! Thank you Noah.
We prefer to stay in a Drury because the breakfast is normally one of the best and hotel rooms are consistent. We have to say the staff at this location was one of the best. Had a very small issue and more of just letting them know ow so we didnt get charged. GM was awesome and made bags for my kids
They wanted to charge over $50 per night for a non refundable pet fee. I understand that some pets can be destructive, but my girlfriend and I have one emotional support cat. They said they wouldn’t waive the pet fee, even with a doctors note. We need the cat for emotional support. It’s disgusting to take advantage of people who have pets, but they won’t charge a fee for kids who color on the walls with crayon and marker. I can’t support a business that is so greedy and implements inhumane practices. Most hotels charge a security deposit which is refundable as long as nothing gets damaged, which is reasonable. The fact the pet deposit is non refundable shows me they just want to get a quick buck from pet owners. I hope they will change this policy because I know a lot of people who travel with pets who would love to stay at your hotels but aren’t going to pay an outrageously high pet deposit.
