This used to be a great place to photo the script sign with the skyline in the background especially at night. With the new appt complex now constructed across the river, the skyline is barely visible. I wish they would think about moving the script to another location. Photo was before appt construction....
This was probably my favorite sign that we visited. I loved the background. We went really early in the morning which was a little unnerving since we were unfamiliar with the area but the gym was open (and hustling) which brought us comfort. Very fun "tourist" incentive.
Away from the noisy part of the city this place offers a great view of the distance high buildings. Surroundings create a detached strange atmosphere.

Different view of Downtoen Cleveland. And it is not located in a park... so there was no one there when we visited. We were able to take as many photos a we wanted and we were not rushed. You can park right next to the sign... so not short hikes to get to it. Afterwards there are plenty of places to grab food or adult beverages as it is a five minute drive to the Flats.
At nighttime, it was a little scary...but the location is out of the way, so it is not very popular. Also, they need to cut down some of the background trees to keep the view clear. Nice Skyline view!
