I was recommended to Northeast Auto Service by a close friend, who has had multiple cars serviced at their facility. She spoke nothing but praise about how they handled everything with care, they were fair, honest, and reasonably priced. Thankfully, they are close to where I live so I figured I would give them a shot. I had previously taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership to see why a check engine light was on and they said it was a chip that needed to be replaced to the tune of $1000. I then took it to Northeast for a second opinion and they found out exactly what the problem was, were transparent in price and timeline for repair, and got it fixed ASAP. The staff was friendly and courteous, and very communicative along the way. I am so happy to have found Northeast Auto Service and would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found out about Northeast Auto via AI… a great find! New brakes and rotors all around on my GMC Acadia… No surprises, work was done promptly and delivered within the time promised. My new ‘go to’ service center! By the way, prices were competitive! Service was top shelf.
Was the start of a good weekend until my waterpump went out on I-465... this is where the luck came in, got off on 56th street exit and sat to let it cool off, Google showed me Northeast Auto Service, after a call to them knew I had to get there, got a mile away and totally died, Julie sent a mechanic to see if I could jump the car to get it there, Alan came and looked and knew it wouldn't make it, Julie got the wrecker to me and got the car, spent the night at the quality inn, I'll review them later, Julie called me this morning and sent pictures, told her to proceed with repairs3 hours later after Alan repaired and test drove it I was back on the road. Thankful for Northeast Auto and the friends I made there. If I lived there I would take all my cars to them. Customer service was above par. The work done was above par and felt comfortable getting back behind the wheel and finishing my journey. Can't thank them enough!
