Was the start of a good weekend until my waterpump went out on I-465... this is where the luck came in, got off on 56th street exit and sat to let it cool off, Google showed me Northeast Auto Service, after a call to them knew I had to get there, got a mile away and totally died, Julie sent a mechanic to see if I could jump the car to get it there, Alan came and looked and knew it wouldn't make it, Julie got the wrecker to me and got the car, spent the night at the quality inn, I'll review them later, Julie called me this morning and sent pictures, told her to proceed with repairs3 hours later after Alan repaired and test drove it I was back on the road. Thankful for Northeast Auto and the friends I made there. If I lived there I would take all my cars to them. Customer service was above par. The work done was above par and felt comfortable getting back behind the wheel and finishing my journey. Can't thank them enough!
My mom came in for service and was treated fairly . She went to a previous shop and the shop manager was extremely rude to her . Julie and her team were very inviting and displayed great customer service . The techs were very friendly. She was in and out in no time. My mom will definitely be coming back for future services . I appreciate all the hard work your staff does, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Even though this place was out of our way a bit. I am glad we had our van towed here. They helped us troubleshoot the issue and get us back on the road quickly. Definitely would go back.
I found out about Northeast Auto via AI… a great find! New brakes and rotors all around on my GMC Acadia… No surprises, work was done promptly and delivered within the time promised. My new ‘go to’ service center! By the way, prices were competitive! Service was top shelf.
Went to northeast side auto they were great fixed my car fuel injectors in one day ! Ev/1 there so kind got me back on rd after being w out a car for 3 weeks if u need your car fixed trust them on 65 th st 5155 thank u for helping me ill be back if I have problem but hope not lol
