Called Kenneth out twice for 2 different jobs. One was for several plumbing issues at once, and one was for getting my a/c back going. Both times he came out and fixed the issue fast and easy. He knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. His prices are good and fair and will be my first call for any further needs.

Ken is professional, knowledgable and fast. He has now done two jobs for us. Came out and installed a new water heater and did such a professional job we asked him to come out and take care of a major leak in the upstairs bathroom. Within a few minutes he knew what the issues were and by the end of the afternoon they were fixed. I highly recommend him.

I called and the first thing I said to him was that the city of Detroit Water Department as contacted me telling me that there is a ongoing leak and I asked him to come out to my property and inspect everything to make sure nothing is leaking. Simultaneously, I told him that I was not getting water from the outside spicket. He told me because I answered how much would it be initially he told me $100. As I was about to pay it, he says but it's still leaking I said well that's not going to do me any good I need water to come out the spicket for outside. He said well I'll need $250 I said is that total he says yes. I paid him before he completed the job. What he did not give me was a invoice or receipt.
