We've taken our Subaru to Moss Alley a couple times - most recently for new tires - and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They do a great job, we feel they are reasonably priced and their customer service is top notch which is so appreciated. No reason to go anywhere else with our vehicle.
I've been taking my cars to Moss Alley Motors for over 15 years. They do great work, and are honest and efficient with their repair service. Very conveniently located in central Seattle, near the G line, which makes it easy to drop off and pick up vehicles. In particular, I had an issue with the key fob communicating with the dashboard computer. Even the Mazda dealer had problems diagnosing and the fixing the problem. Moss Alley was eventually able to source a replacement part, and make the repairs. The vehicle did have to go back to the dealer for factory programming, but Moss Alley made sure the job was finished. Auto repairs are not cheap, so if you're going to spend money at all, you might as well make sure it's done right!

Moss Alley saved me over $2,600 on a scammy quote for work that didn't end up being necessary. I am so grateful and will happily be commuting to bring my car in from my new neighborhood because it's worth going out of the way to come see this team. Thank you so much!
Tank!!! Tank is a very good shop dog, but unfortunately, he does not have opposable thumbs. Happily, the good folks at Moss Alley do, and they are keeping my 12-year-old Subaru in top shape.
Its been several years since I brought my car here for a simple routine service, and they proceeded to attempt to upcharge me nearly 5k for entirely unrelated repair, which i did not need. They told me my vehicle was undriveable if I didn't get that costly repair immediately. Fortunately I am not stupid even though I am younger, female, petite- so I didn't take them at their word. Since then I've had my vehicle checked for this specific problem 3 or 4 times, by several different mechanics, all of which confirmed this repair was not necissary and essentially my car is fine, the problem they said I needed fixed asap or my car was done for has never been found as a problem elsewhere. I've driven a ton over those years, including across the country. My car is fine. I waited to write this review until I had enough years of data to say with full confidence that they either dont know what they are doing or they were trying to rip me of. Either way, go here at your own risk especially if your female and if they recommend a costly repair out if nowhere, get a second opinion.
