Best of the best of the best possible experience I have every had in the ER. With Nick and Virginia and Page in the ER I forgot the doctor’s name but he is a professional beyond professional. Some days everything works just right. This was one of those nights. Thanks again for all you do. God Bless this place.
One of the best hospital experiences I have had. This was my 3rd surgery in a long process of trying to repair and recover ACL and I really didn't want to be admitted. The Nurses, MDs, PAs, NPs, and CNAs were all top notch! Everyone was kind, had good bed side manner, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Particularly Maria on Ortho Spine was amazing! I had to order some food because it was after hours and she went all over the hospital to track it down. She exuded kindness and compassion and made me for comfortable and welcome in a place not many people want to be. If you ever end up on 11A Ortho-Spine, hope you get Maria! She will make your stay much more positive than you thought it would be!

Extremely happy with my stay at PSL, except for the reason I was there. Everyone from the docs to nurses, phlebotomy and all in between were exceptional. Their care, compassion and expertise were great. I hope I never have to return, but will feel confident with the care I’d get!
Admissions reception was dysfunctional at Children's. Co-payment for the test was expected at admissions but I was presented with the full amount. The receptionist at the admissions desk with no name tag and an unwelcoming demeanor, offered no suggestion or solution to the problem of finding the correct co- payment. I phoned customer service at my insurance company which verified the lesser co-payment amount. Still no solution because the admissions receptionist would only adbide by what her computer stated . Finally, a supervisor was consulted who spoke with my insurance provider. The adjustment was made! I almost lost my time slot for my test. Please note: The technician for my test was brilliant. Very professional with a comforting personality.
Two stars because the EEG tech who managed my appointment was great otherwise it was a health care nightmare. The directions on where to check in was sub-par as the campus is huge and who would think that as an adult I would be going to the Children's Hospital wing. A pretty important detail that should have been shared. After needing to be escorted through the campus to the correct location, I was taken back to the dedicated eeg area and prepped for the procedure. Not even 10 minutes into the test which requires me to be sleeping, the staff outside of my room decided it was social hour and proceded to cackle, laugh and talk very loudly for over 20 minutes. After remembering that I paid $2000 out of pocket for this procedure I was unable to "nap" for the remainder of the test. The fact that I was instructed to not sleep the night before and was very sleep deprived didn't help my mood. The EEG tech was also very upset about the conditions and assured me that she informed her manager of the disruption and behaviors of the staff. Retraining is needed for this department on how to do their job and behave professionally and appropriately.
