I’m pretty confused how this hotel is considered high end and luxurious. We had a fine stay with good service, but we definitely did not feel as though it was worth the high price. Our bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived. It was evident that the bathtub and the shower were not cleaned well - if at all. The beds were not very comfortable to sleep on. We had several problems with our room key throughout the whole visit. The TV had no streaming capability and had limited channels available. The lamp on our bedside table had outlets on them that did not work. The TV remote was gross and clearly had not been wiped down in weeks. Overall…. This hotel seems quite outdated for the high price. We would have much rather spent our money elsewhere.
JP at the Conrad Hotel front desk was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, JP was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We had an issue with our room upon arrival and JP quickly worked with leadership to solve our problem. Everything was handled efficiently, and any questions we had were answered with care and attention. Excellent service and a great first impression of the hotel. JP even went above and beyond for our girls and got them sweet treats throughout the weekend!

Absolutely love this hotel. Easy connect through the Skywalk to other amenities. Everyone is super nice and professional. Super clean, gives old money feel. The cleaning staff does an amazing job refreshing your room. Very quiet in the rooms despite being downtown.
We were absolutely delighted to have found this place. The rooms were large, the bathrooms actually felt clean for a downtown hotel, and the entrance and employees helped to create a safe environment. The hotel restaurant was incredible for lunch as well. The only shortcoming was that for a four day stay our room was never serviced. We tried to leave before cleaning everyday, but somehow it still wasnt cleaned. Other than that, we will continue to stay here on future visits.
Excellent location, absolutely amazing staff especially the housekeeping. Rooms are very comfortable. Only issues were minor - wish the AC was a bit stronger but was during a heatwave and they still did fine.
