It was amazing with the birds chirping, all the little nooks for seating along trails. I'm recovering from some leg and oxygen issues but was able to handle the paved path well. They have some more adventurous trails/paths too. Saw a walking/hiking group too.
Recommend for the little ones. The visitor center is pretty cool with tons for kids to do. The hikes are short and easy with a couple of ponds. We saw a few turtles and plenty of ducks. There is a big bridge that has a nice view but is safe enough if you’re fearful of heights. My older kids who are used to hiking were underwhelmed, but it would be great for little ones!
My wife and I went for a beautiful walk, and it was a perfect day. The trail was well maintained, the scenery was amazing, and the overall upkeep of the park was spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend checking it out!”

Beautiful and easily travelled paths. Brought my 74 year old mother (with bad knees) and she was able to enjoy the walk with us. Beautiful scenery and tons of flora and fauna to enjoy. Restrooms are good and come in handy. Definitely recommend for a lovely hike through nature for people with many levels of physical ability.
Very beautiful park with lots to see. This is part of our regular go to spots for our family. Lots of parking, easy trails. We've enjoyed some of the evening programming in nature walk type stuff. Love hiking in the different seasons and seeing all the changes in the park. A little concerned that people are feeding the wild life too much, ll a raccoon nearly stole food from out of my child's hand when she wasn't paying attention. Just be careful with little ones and the curous raccoon / squirrels and chipmunks
