I first and foremost just want to say that Jaymes is a good dude. He had good energy and came into our home excited and eager to help. He explained everything about the process of getting a new HVAC unit. It can be stressful because that is a huge purchase and a lot of moving parts that go into making it happen. It happened fast and seamless! The crew that showed up to install the unit. I cannot thank ALL of you enough for everything you did for us. You guys were so professional, courteous, polite and just nice guys! Josh was awesome helping get everything squared away on the inside of our home, from the thermostat to the new grate and taking care of all the little details. I'm sorry I don't remeber everyones names, but you know who you are! I would recommend Mountainside Air to any and all. Thanks again!
The team at mountainside air did a great job installing my two new AC units. They were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Jaymes the comfort advisor was extremely knowledgeable, and a good guy to work with. He explained all the options, took lots of pictures of what needed to be replaced. Very happy with everyone

I had a great experience with Mountainside Air and especially with George, the technician who came out to service my AC. George was professional, patient, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of making assumptions. He checked the system, showed me the readings and photos, and explained what he found. He determined that my AC system was low on refrigerant and carefully added refrigerant while monitoring the system’s performance. I really appreciated that he didn’t play guessing games; he took a careful, step by step approach and verified that the system was responding correctly. George answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was happening with my AC. After his work, I could immediately notice a difference. The air coming from the vents was much colder, and the system was cooling much better. It’s refreshing to have a technician who is honest, knowledgeable, and focused on finding the actual problem instead of jumping straight to expensive solutions. I highly recommend Mountainside Air and George for anyone needing HVAC service.
Mountainside air was awesome to work with. They gave us a fair price and their workmanship was above what was expected. Customer service is great. The system we got is so quiet we can not hear it inside the house at all. The air stays at a constant temperature. We love it. Thank you
I had a great experience with Mountainside AC during a very stressful AC situation. We had been dealing with an ongoing no-cooling issue and needed another professional diagnosis. Rudy, the GM, was extremely helpful and professional, and Christian, the technician, was excellent. Christian took the time to properly evaluate the system instead of just guessing or rushing through the call. He correctly diagnosed the issue as a reversing valve problem and explained what he was seeing in a way that made sense. After dealing with conflicting information from other companies, it was a huge relief to have someone knowledgeable, honest, and thorough look at the system. Even though we ultimately did not end up using them for the repair, they absolutely earned my respect and trust. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing an honest HVAC company. Rudy and Christian were both great to work with, and I really appreciate the care they took with our situation.
