A huge thank you to Shelby, my dental hygienist. I had a deep cleaning, and she made what could have been an intimidating appointment feel incredibly comfortable. She explained everything step by step, checked on me throughout the procedure, and had such a calm, gentle touch that I was completely relaxed the entire time. It’s rare to find a hygienist who makes you actually look forward to coming back! I also want to recognize Lena, the treatment coordinator. She made the entire process seamless by clearly explaining my treatment plan, walking me through the pricing, and giving me flexible payment options that fit my budget. She made everything simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Just an outstanding experience at this dental office. The staff are super friendly, professional, and really care about the work they do. They’ve been prompt and respectful of my time , which makes the visit smooth and stress-free. The office is as clean as a lab; you could eat off the floor there. Their technology for patients is so advanced, helpful and not intrusive. Lastly, the quality of the work has been awesome. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend to anyone for all dental needs.

My experience has been great with ponce dental studio, I visited Dr.Nia for general check up and he was amazing going through details, he recommended Dr.Zinney for my implant at ponce. The process so far has been very smooth, Dr. Zinney does his job very peacefully and that make me not to worry or scare about the process. I did not even have much pain after the initial implant was placed.Carol also has done great job providing me transparent cost details (implant is expensive but they have tried their best to make it affordable for me) and following up with my insurance. All the team are very on time and you do not need wait to see the doctor.
Kalani has an amazing personality. She was incredibly sweet and helpful during my X-ray appointment. Mellen was exceptional. She provided me with valuable information about my teeth and gum health. Not to mention, her teeth were amazing! I hope my teeth are like hers someday. Haha. The cleaning was easy and comfortable. She ensured my utmost comfort and did an amazing job. I’m thrilled with my first visit! Lastly, Sarah was the perfect finishing touch. She assisted me with my dental plan and was incredibly sweet. Overall, I had an amazing experience with such a great staff. 10 out of 10 ✅
