My go to for all my HVAC needs. I’ve been a customer of Integrity Air LLC for about three years. But in that time, I have had enough experiences to appreciate the service and professionalism. Mike, Garret, Steven and Hillary are great employees and great employees make a solid company.
I hired Integrity as they were recommended to me from a former Habitat for Humanity construction supervisor who had overseen their work on past Habitat projects. Jace and the Integrity team were great. I was provided plenty of information which allowed me to request and receive many rebates and subsidies from our local utilties and the state for purchase and install of a new gas furnace. They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. (4 months later) We hired Integrity to replace the 30 year old gas furnace in our second home mostly because of my positive experience with them in the past. Their estimate to replace the furnace came complete with all available rebates from Energy Trust Oregon, and Northwest Natural Gas. I mention this only because other bids that we received did not. Well, the Integrity workers just rolled off the day-long process of renewing our HVAC. Ben, Garrett, Craig, Cesar and the electrician did an excellent job of retrofitting our 108 year old house with modern heating. Plumbing the 96% efficiency furnace (combustion intake and exhaust) in a closed rock foundation basement was tricky but the crew figured it out and made easy work of it. Before and during the work we were kept well informed of their team members arrivals by text and email. When the job started we had a walk through of the work to be done and we again walked through all finished work at completion. I remain very impressed with Integrity's business model and their care for their customers.

The integrity team did a fantastic job replacing our old furnace and A/C unit. Guys arrived on time, were extremely helpful and professional, performed very nice organized and clean work, and finished same day and ahead of schedule. System works flawlessly. Can't recommend this company enough!
The people at Integrity Air did an amazing job! First Mike, who came and walked me through the process and helped with getting the HOA approval done for me. I appreciated that he was willing to communicate directly with the HOA. Garrett and Cesar were awesome! They were so respectful of making sure my new floors were protected. They were both so professional. Garrett took the time to explain how the system works and gave me a lesson on how to program the remote. They were there for the entire day and when they left, everything was clean and tidy--it's like they were never there. Kindra in the office was super kind and accommodating, when I realized I needed to reschedule. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer.
I am very happy with all the work done by Integrity Air. When my 25 year old furnace went on the fritz a year ago they were persistent in identifying the problem and finding a fix. It took several visits from increasingly experienced technicians, but I don't hold that against them because the issue turned out to be extremely deep-rooted and subtle. The fix was temporary, but the technician who ultimately found it, Austin, was fully transparent about that fact. That "band-aid" solution failed about a year later, and I knew it was time to replace the whole system. I got quotes from 4 different companies, and Jace from Integrity provided the clear winner, thousands of dollars less for a higher end unit than the most comparable quote from their competitors. It's also worth noting that out of all the thorough and high quality assessments and quotes I received from different companies, Jace was the only representative who really prioritized ensuring that I understood the product specs and distinctions between models. He took several calls from me to clarify some of those details. Installation was fast and professional, taking several hours over only one day. My only complaint was the loss of an auxiliary AC outlet (single plug) that had been on the old furnace. I had hoped to keep it because my garage is rather short on electrical outlets. Integrity sub-contracts with Green Tree Electric for the electrical components of these installations, and it just so happened that the electrician came to do his part while I was on a work call. When I came out he had already come and gone, having removed the outlet which was apparently not in compliance with modern building codes. I was bummed about losing the outlet because I thought I'd mentioned to Jace that I wanted to keep it, but to be fair after meeting with guys from 4 different companies I can't be certain that I discussed that specific detail with him. In any case, Jace made some calls, pulled some favors, and got me a steeply discounted follow-up visit from Green Tree to add a full GFCI outlet in my garage, which is a huge upgrade over the little furnace outlet I lost. All said, fantastic service, fantastic value, 5 stars all the way!
