Our community center loves working with Efficiency H&C. Both the technicians who have helped us, Tristan and Philip, both were professional and courteous. Tristan fixed a long standing issue we have had, just on his first visit. And the employees who help schedule and answer my questions over the phone are equally knowledgeable and helpful. I can't say enough about how much our Community Center appreciates this company's work.
It has been a pleasure to work with Efficiency Heating & Cooling over the last few months as they have come in to clean, repair and bring up to speed the HVAC systems in our small two story office building. Our dedicated technician is Tristan, and he is great! He always takes the time to thoroughly review the work he is doing with us to make sure we understand everything and are on the same page about what needs to be done next. The admin team is also very helpful, and it feels like there is good communication between their field technicians and the staff that does scheduling. Pricing is transparent and seems reasonable for the scope of the work that is being done. I use Efficiency Heating & Cooling for my personal home, and now for our office. I am pleased with the work they have done on both fronts, and happily recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work done. Matt, the owner, is a good guy and I feel positive supporting this local business.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and by far the best HVAC representative we’ve had out to our home. He took the time to explain our AC options, answered all of my questions, and didn't lay down the typical sales pressure. Highly recommend.
