Our wedding at the Morehead Inn was absolutely perfect, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. The venue itself is incredibly charming, elegant, and full of character—it created the most beautiful backdrop for our day. Every space felt warm, intimate, and thoughtfully maintained, and there was such an incredible attention to detail throughout the entire property. What truly set the Morehead Inn apart, though, was the level of service. From the planning process through the wedding day itself, everything was handled so professionally and seamlessly. We felt completely taken care of, and it allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. We also have to give special recognition to Something Classic Catering and especially Brooke Burton. Brooke is one of the most detail-oriented, thoughtful, and caring people we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond in every possible way to make our day feel special, personal, and stress-free. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, handled every detail flawlessly, and made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. Her kindness, organization, and genuine care made such a difference, and we are so grateful to her. We could not have imagined a more perfect place or team for our wedding day, and we will forever be thankful to everyone at the Morehead Inn, Something Classic Catering, and Brooke for making it so memorable.

Jacob’s warm personality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable:) Our room with balcony was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for our Charlotte appointment. We look forward to staying there again! Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Morehead Inn in March, and it was such an amazing experience. Brooke, who works with Something Classic at the Morehead Inn, was absolutely on top of it from Day 1. She is incredibly professional, detailed, kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. She even went with me to our rental appointment to help with linens when I was overwhelmed! On top of that, the venue itself is so charming and special. We really wanted an intimate feel even though we were having 140ish guests. We also wanted indoor/outdoor and vintage charm, and it was perfect on all fronts. The teams behind the scene were incredible and we got so many compliments on the food - they use Something Classic Catering only. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you all!
We had our wedding weekend here and from start to finish there was not a single complaint on our end! We had all of our friends stay in every room over the weekend and all said great things. The staff is all very informative and sweet, the place itself is kept up so well, and the food was great! Brooke and Hannah stood out to us with helping us over the weekend.
Such a quaint southern Inn! We had the pleasure of staying here for my nephews wedding and it did not disappoint! The staff is wonderful and so helpful! The breakfasts were yummy and filling - (and the house made granola was amazing) and the wedding - well all I can say is WOW - what a beautiful setting they created - and it was SO nice to stay on site for it all too.
