Mechanics you can trust! I had to take my car to the dealership due to a recall on a part. While they were replacing the part they told me they found several issues that needed immediate repair and the bill they quoted me was almost $1,000. Thankfully I know that Nick's is the best place in town so I took my car there to be evaluated. I gave them the list of repairs that the dealership had given me. After Nick's team thoroughly looked over everything, they informed me that no repairs were needed at this time. I am so thankful for having an auto repair shop that I know I can truly trust when they tell me something does or does not needed to be done. Thank you again for being amazing!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Nick’s. I was quoted quite an unreasonable cost at my dealership to diagnose an issue I was having in my wheel/tires. I called Nick’s and they were able to get me in the next morning. Jimmy was honest and straightforward with what he thought the issue was and a pricing range and called me after the diagnosis to proceed with the work, and let me know after the first repair that there could be other issues found. They fixed the first repair and called me back to update that there were no other issues and give me a final price. My service was done about five hours later. Very honest and straightforward repair shop.

The only place to take your car in Charlotte. Trust me. Don't go anywhere else. Honest mechanics. Very knowledgeable and fair prices, they won't try to overcharge you. Happy with all the work I've got done here for the past year. A few weeks ago they were on vacation so I had to take my car elsewhere. I took it to two other shops and both couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. I just got a rental car and waited another week until Nick got back and within an hour he knew the problem and fixed my car the same day.
Nick's Auto was recommended to us after a LOT of research in the Charlotte area for a good mechanic for our Subaru. These guys are honest, reliable, and know exactly what they're doing. They are busy, though, so call sooner than later if you need to get something done. Couldn't recommend them enough.
