The best doctors, nurses and receptionists I've ever come across.Thank y'all
This is hard for me, dr schram pretty much saved my life at one point by listening to me. She didn't say I was crazy like other docs. Got me into what I needed. I had brain aneurysm and was able to get the operation done. During this she did the legal paper work for my dog ( tiny frenchy named tater tot) to become an emotional support dog. He keeps me calm, allows me to function almost to a state of normalcy. Dr schram has said bring him in so we can meet him, I've brought him twice and think I missed her both times- I cannot recall if she met the dog or not. But today dr. Perry came in the room, bearly able to control his breathing, red faced, intentions high, and more or less cute into me like I was one of his kids. Extremely disrespectful to me in front of my wife and my dog. As a man it was very hard not to counter react to his harsh words especially in front of my wife, but I had my tater tots with me to distract me from back handing him. To come in screaming and saying ( it's disrespectful to bring a dog to a medical building) ( this should be common sense). 1st your telling a brain patient what should and shouldn't be common sense, 2nd I explained the dog was an emotional support dog set in action by Dr schram, witch he responded ( I do not care what she said or did you should know better, it's common sense to not bring a pet to an appointment.) well truthfully it is not common sense but in reality totally the opposite. Most places want you to be comfortable. More then half the places have support dogs there to help patients. I understand the Arabic lady was scared of dogs ( 15lb dog) and you may or may not have had a allergic person, but to cut me down. Basically say I am a ignorant person ( that's what not having common sense means ) and treat me like that, I have this dog to help me keep my stress levels down and keep me calm, you did totally the opposite. If my dog isn't welcomed that's fine and talking to me about your staff being scared, I could understand, but to tell me I have no common sense and I should know better and you don't care what another doctor said, all because one assistant was scared ...maybe she shouldn't work in the medical field where dogs are used very often. I can't even put into works the disrespect I felt here today and I will be finding a new doctor asap. Sorry Dr schram I love you and Karen and what y'all did for me, but I won't tolerate being called ignorant in front of my wife and dog. Picking your staff that changes every month over a patient that's been coming to you for 10 years is absurd. Talk to me about your helper being scared or allergic and as man we could understand each other but the breathing hard red face telling me how ignorant I am. Thanks for keeping an annerysym patient calm. Enough of my ranting on here but I had to find a way to get this out my mind because the disrespect was for sure felt.

Just to start off by saying I love the doctors here. I have been seeing Perry Olson for 10+ years. He is great, now for the staff, the ladies at the front desk extremely rude. Refuse to help anyone, you try to make an appointment, there’s an issue. You fix the issue with your insurance company, now she tries n tell me it takes 24-48 hours to update in their system. Still can’t make an appointment for some reason. I’ve never had someone fight me over making an appointment. They need a new receptionist or whatever immediately. Whoever works the front desk, has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered.
Dr Perry and Karen are the best, but some of the new people in the front office don’t answer the phones or return messages for appointments , but they want you to have appointments ,I still like this place only because I’ve been there a long time and the drs , but they need to improve some of the staff sad to say
