My stay at the Homewood Suites was not a normal one. I was displaced due to a house fire and burn injuries. And needing a safe and clean environment for my post burn treatments, my extended family set me up at Homewood. This by no means was a normal stay for the staff to deal with. But when I checked in the hotel manager and the director of sales met with me and my uncle. The staff have been first rate and very accommodating. For the normal traveler I would say this is a great place to stay. But if you are in need of a safe place while visiting the nearby hospital, Homewood Suites would be my first reference.
The stay was excellent. The team worked with us to check us out early Saturday morning, since we were afraid the snow would keep us in. And the breakfast, awesome. I was very happy and impressed with the use of real kitchen ware instead of the disposable stuff. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

Nice stay. Our room had a separate bedroom and hide-a-bed in the living. Nice kitchenette with pots, pans, dishes and a full-size fridge. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve had in a motel. Taco bar was amazing, and lots of other choices! Everything was very clean!
Fine for a short overnight. Our first room had two broken locks and we needed a second room. Positively the breakfast and coffee was good. The parking is free. It was pretty empty so it was quiet. Some of the common areas are nice.The room was clean and kitchenette seems nice. Negatively The mattress has large body indents so it’s old. The furniture is peeling. It smelled overwhelmingly like maple syrup so we turned on the ceiling fan to get the air moving and it was so wobbly and made a loud scraping sound we thought it was going to fall down. No shower gel. Ice machine broken in hall. Bought a snickers ice cream bar from the little snack shop and it was freezer burnt crushed and somehow looked wet? A lot is shabby and old. Could have been worse but Would not stay here again.
We came to the hotel after a long day of air travel. We were hungry and tired. When we checked in, we learned that happy hour was still going on. It meant we didn't have to go out to eat. The room was comfortable and well The location looks like it's convenient but it is difficult to get to.
