Excellent service. I wanted a 2nd opinion on repairs recommended by my dealer for my 2013 Kia Optima EX with 75,000 miles. I was not experiencing any problems. Jake's owner, Mark, seconded the suggestions, but at a more reasonable price. And he could do it that day, with uber service to and from my home. I am so loving how my car drives now and highly recommend this locally owned auto repair shop.
Took a chance due to the great reviews. Glad I did. Mark is very knowledgeable and fair on pricing. I have a fleet of cars and will continue to use Jake's. They gained my trust and they do quality work!
Talk about top shelf service!! After a horrible experience at Walmart with them trying to remove my battery but couldn't get the crossbar off and weren't able to jump the battery being there for over 4 hours it only took Matt one of the technicians at Jake's auto repair shop less than 60 seconds to take the crossbar off and replace my battery. Unfortunately I had to tow my truck over to Jake's which was like a mile and a half luckily the tow place didn't charge me for the mileage only for the hook up. It was a tow company that they work with and they were also very professional check out Central towing if you ever need a tow. But Jake's is hands down the best auto repair shop in the valley and one of the most honest group of technicians and professionals. No one is going to give you better customer service then Jake's!! I highly recommend to go to Jake's auto repair shop for all vehicle needs!! They deserve 10 Stars!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my Audi worked on here. It turns out Mark’s daughter has an Audi too. He knew the ins and outs of my car more than the dealership and other “German” repair shops. I can really tell the difference in the way my car feels, drives. My mom, daughter and even my ex husband plan on coming here. Thank you Mark and Jake’s auto 😊
I brought my 2020 Nissan Versa in for an alignment, oil change, and new cabin air filter. All of my services were done the same day and my car feels good as new! Great people and definitely great business to work with.
