Michael was professional and courteous. He explained what had to be done clearly. He respected my property and gardens and cleaned up thoroughly! The electricians were the same. They were Scott, Nate, and Josh. I am very satisfied and happy! You guys are the best!!!
Apollo was very professional and quick to respond to my needs. They gave a reasonable quote for replacing the condenser, coil, and thermostat with a 12 year warranty - correctly sizing the new unit for my house. Ryan Inskeep did the actual replacement, and did a great job tearing out the old and installing the new system, walking me through each step.
One of their plumbers came out and installed a shower valve and changed it from 3 handles to 1, which also fixed the leaking. that night my other daughter showers in her bathroom behind it and water sprays everywhere and floods between the walls down to the laundry room and garage. It caused $9k worth of damages and it's been since March and we still haven't received the money from their insurance agent! We signed the paperwork on 5/1 and now they are ghosting us and not reimbursing us for their shoddy work. And from what I hear from others, this kind of damage is not new from them!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE APOLLO AND I AM NEVER RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW THAT NEEDS WORK DONE! Pathetic. 1 star. Won’t even stand by their by mistake after countless messages.

Amazing service. Fast installation (next day). Price is significantly more than other places (tried to charge me $495 for a $20 valve). But the heater and install was on point. Service and install technicians made the process so much easier. I recommend Apollo if you have a bit of extra funds to make sure everything is done perfectly.
Professional The communication was excellent. Phone calls announcing when they were arriving and was on time on time for all the appointments and installation. Showed me How the systems worked and how The thermostat worked. Answered my questions. They were very polite and helpful. The installation itself was very tidy and looked very nice extremely happy with the entire process. Worked with the team of Leon Collin And Steve great job easy to work with. Much appreciation thank you!!
