I have severe dental anxiety which can be really embarrassing, but everyone was very kind, understanding, and patient with me. Davonna was excellent. Even though they were busy, she took a minute to sit down next to me and ask if there was anything she could do, which helped me calm down and feel a little better. They were able to put the cap but in my implant without any issues. Thank you so much!!
Absolutely insanely amazing service. They helped take care of me and resolve my issue instantly. Best place I’ve ever been to for my dental work. What’s crazy is they found an issue my last place left!!! Seriously highly recommend this place to anyone!! Also, their staff is AMAZING. They were so sweet to me 🥹 I hadn’t gotten to eat before I came in because I was just in so much pain, and they helped ensure I had food and a drink before any work was done. Sweetest people ever.. plus they kept asking if I was okay the entire time 🥹🥹❤️

I had spent the night in the ER 2 days before coming here, a 45 min drive from my house. Was give pain meds and antibiotics that weren’t helping. I had a tooth extracted on the other side from a totally different place. Very different atmosphere. I get you pay $165 up front for X-rays. But you don’t get to to see the dentist at all until after you agree to the pricing which is really pricey, but it’s emergency so that’s fair. I was in literal tears 10/10 pain with a tooth that had already had a root canal 7 years ago and now had an abscess. After agreeing to the payment, the finally numbed me and I stopped crying from pain. All I can say is the Dentist was very sweet, very aware of my medical history and heart issues and practiced carefully to ensure I felt comfortable the whole time. In my 32 years, no dentist ever cared to administer the novocaine at the correct rate for my tachycardia until this dentist. The assistant that was with him stayed with me the whole time and made me feel comfortable as well. She was very empathetic and real, as a healthcare professional I value that a lot. Thank you guys for saving me🖤
I woke up at 2am with the most excruciating pain. I was worried about accessing care because it was a Sunday. I came across their profile on Google & I was able to schedule online for a “Same Day” appointment. The building seems clean. The staff were pleasant. The entire supportive staff on duty that day is African American. I appreciated the contrast to my normal dental practice, which is entirely Caucasian. I opted for extraction over root canal. The reviews regarding them not accepting insurance/shady practices is not an experience I share. That being said, they were struggling to verify my insurance. The admin tried her best. Ultimately, I paid around 950$ upfront for the entire appt. I have a personal history of resistance to anesthesia. I have been blown off in the past, a couple times, & it resulted in some medical trauma. He took heed & made sure I was & stayed completely numb. His tone was calming and I felt safe. Prescribed antibiotics following extraction is not a standard of care for healthy adults in modern medicine. This helps combat antibiotic resistance. The body will typically take care of itself. However, when I had my wisdom teeth removed, I did get an infection. Out of caution I asked for them, and they provided. Later, I discovered that the procedure had been billed through my insurance. I reached out to their billing department, and they were able to release a reimbursement check.
My experience was amazing. The staff makes you feel so welcome and at ease. April my dental assistant was phenomenal at answering questions and making me feel so comfortable and Dr. Ryu made me laugh and was super quick but efficient with my removal! Made me feel awesome about my care especially being a little nervous at first with my pregnancy. Thank you!!
