This was my first time going to a shop in pgh so was a bit nervous about where to go. I chose here because it was close to where I work. I received a car inspection and they were able to schedule me about a week out. I was able to drop the car off before work. They called me during the day to keep me updated on the process and suggested services they felt were appropriate but were not pushy at all. My car passed the inspection and upon my request they also changed my oil and installed new wiper blades for a great price in my opinion. I was able to pay over the phone and they left the keys in my car so that I could pick it up after work, after they’d closed. Extremely efficient process and very helpful customer service. I’m thankful I went here.

I had an urgent issue with my car and they were able to work me into their schedule quickly. They also informed me of an issue with a “check engine” light. We discussed how to address the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of services that I could do without. They basically put themselves in my shoes and made solid suggestions. They earned my trust and I would recommend them.
My car only had around 900 miles on it since last inspection. I took it in and received a long list of things needed for inspection. They were up to over $2K for parts and I stopped them before they got to labor costs. I feel that tires and brakes don't wear out in 900 miles. Suspension failure (they said the vehicle rear was resting on the bump stops) a simple push on the bumper showed that I have several inches of downward travel. It sits a little low. That was dishonest in my opinion. Even though they were friendly, if I can't trust them, I will not be giving them any more money. It would have cost several thousand dollars to inspect my 18 year old car that's probably only worth about $2500. They didn't even lock my car when they parked it a block away !
