My wife went to this place when she was not feeling well and had a sore throat. They said they don't work with insurance companies and charged her $750. They said she tested negative for strep, covid and the flu but yet still gave her a bunch of drugs on the spot. How do I know the drugs are genuine? They are high priced and they have no refunds. They ripped us off when we were looking for someone to trust, when my wife was sick and looking for help while visiting Atlanta. We will never go to this place again and we will be very hesitant of Urgent Care facilities from now on, after going to . Urgent Care 24/7 Atlanta. The nurse was nice but that was about it. They ripped us off badly. $750 to tell my wife that she has a cold? But they still gave us a bunch of drugs and charged us for it.
Avoid this place at all costs! Poor service, they do not accept insurance, $128 just to see a PA and all services are à la carte. My son had a confirmed flu test, and instead of prescribing medication to the pharmacy for him I was 1st offered a $200 concoction they have on site which I declined. The PA then offered a couple of other “less expensive” options that were $59-89 to help him feel better more quickly, which I also declined. The PA was unaware of the med Xofluza and had to call the doctor (off site, none in the office) to confirm. There is a cost of $9 just to write any prescription they provide. What they are doing here is simply running high fees for poor service with the least qualified providers that targets out of town visitors with limited to no other options (particularly on the weekend).

I’m only giving this place one star because the receptionist was brutally honest with me. First off, don’t go if you don’t have the money. Everything is out of pocket. Although the place wasn’t the cleanest, I really didn’t care because I was having an allergic reaction and wanted help immediately. After filling out my paperwork, the doctor comes in, exam is me and then tells me I need to do a urine test. I was a bit confused, but was OK with it because I really needed help until he said that was a $48 charge for a urine test??? The receptionist then advised me it was best to just go to an emergency room instead of receiving care there. I definitely disputed the charge the next day. Don’t go they charge for everything there!
Very unprofessional, DIRTY! They are a private owned business and that’s their reasoning for not taking insurance. I was charged 128 just to have an appointment plus 89 for the flu test and would’ve been charged 150 for a steroid shot. Also seemed as if they didn’t want to work at all, very rude and not happily willing to help. Avoid going here as you will receive uncleanness, unprofessionalism, and crazy costs.
Stay away from this place!!! Dirty and unprofessional!! This is the place where you can catch more stuff visiting then you bring it in. Nurse and medical assistance I have seen today, stunning lack of education!! You will not get any diagnosis based on a medical interview with the patient. They can not even recognize basic under the weather symptoms. You have to run multiple tests for $$$ so be ready to spend extra 1K (they don't accept insurance). I was left in the room for over an hour without any assistance but they definitely have time to sing in the hallway. I had to ask the medical assistant if anyone would see me today and when finally the nurse practitioner came in, she slammed the doors ostentatiously ( I guess she was told I am not happy with customer service already, so she decided to make it even worse , how professional.) . At least I have time to take multiple pictures of how dirty this place is and write the official complaint to the right department. I feel really bad for the owner of this place that patients are treated this way under his absence.
