Great hotel in very close proximity to restaurants and the ballpark. When we arrived, parking was easy, and we didn't need to touch our car for the remainder of the trip. Walked everywhere. If we did need our car, though, it was easy to go in and out from the lot, as it was self-park. Hotel staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel!
Everyone on the staff has been helpful and courteous from the moment we walked into the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Amazing hotel, it’s in the middle of Pittsburgh and there is lots of things to do around. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection, and the room was clean and had a pull out couch, making a spare bed for any extra guests. The only thing here which you are going to get in any big city, was the sketchy homeless people just walking around and smoking. There was also a big fountain with just tons of people that look like they just drop their kids off to swim in it and they were just wondering around. And It smelled like pee big time outside. But great hotel overall and felt very safe despite everything.

Smack dab in the middle of PNC ballpark & Acrisure Stadium. For a sports fan who can arrive a bit early and stay it's great. Good restaurants and everything is walkable. Parking is as expected in a downtown setting and very convenient to the hotel.
Location is amazing. If this is a one and done visit to Pittsburg, then this hotel is perfect. However, the rooms are very old and need more than a refresh. We were put into the wrong room at first, but the front desk took care of it as soon as we pointed it out The set up of the room is strange, with the television hard to view from most angles. The staff is friendly. The biggest surprise was an AMAZING breakfast. We will try elsewhere next time.
