I had Robert Hill from Superior Drain out today to fix a tub faucet that would not turn off. I’m very pleased with the repair AND the advice that Robert shared with me on finding turn off valves in my new home purchase. Highly recommend!

I called Superior on Monday afternoon and they got a plumber (Robert) at my house by 9:00 AM the next day. Robert installed a kitchen faucet and an exterior water valve that were in use by Tuesday afternoon. The scheduling and plumber staff were excellent.
Firstly, we have used Superior for years. They have treated us right every time! We had a sink hole in our yard. This was a first! We called Superior and Mike came out and looked at it. He thought it was a collapse at the ‘T’ where 2 downspouts connected. He was right. After Rodney and Zack came out (and much hand digging) the connection was exposed and discovered that the pipe was bent and had a big hole in it! How does that even happen?! They were great and fixed the connection Superior customer service is tops for us. Thank you!
