We had some issues checking in because we booked through Expedia and Brianda went above and beyond to help us. Truly some of the best customer service we’ve had checking into a hotel. They were laughing and making jokes with us and both their personalities were so fun and engaging. Extremely memorable experience haha. She was so accommodating and sweet that moving forward we will book straight through the hotel. Please give her a promotion. Albert was amazing as well. We are so happy with the customer service.
Such a beautiful hotel!! I was met with such kindness and professionalism from Luis at the front desk, he started my stay on an amazing note! Breakfast was included with my booking, which was delicious. The steak and eggs were great! The gym is very big with all the equipment you could need. Great stay overall, this will be my go to when staying in LA.

A true five star hotel experience. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the US. The views are amazing from the top floors. And I really enjoyed having the lounge with the available drinks and food. Service is top notch and every person you encounter from the valet to the elevator greeters to the lobby and to the restaurants, they are all friendly and going out of their way to take care of you. And they do a good job in recognizing status and loyalty. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern but warm. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Los Angeles.
I had the pleasure of staying here this past weekend for a night for the first time and although it was only one night, they made it very special. The staff when we first checked in was warm and caring. We had an amazing view of downtown LA and were impressed with everything. We did end up leaving a Nintendo switch by accident and we were able to get into contact with the hotel and they did confirm that the had found it and would send us instructions on how to ship it to us. We didn’t receive said email but we did drive back from San Diego to LA to retrieve it. The staff was super helpful and informative on how we would be able to get it back. The staff when we arrived were very kind even down to the parking attendant Jovi. Everyone made sure we were taken care of while we waited for them to bring down our missing item. Just really goes to show the care the overall team has to their work and the guests that have stayed there to really give you that sort of experience. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we definitely want to be coming back. Thankful for the great experience and the integrity your team holds.
Excellent stay at the InterContinental. The hotel is very well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was top-notch, from the rooms to the overall service. I would especially like to highlight Samy, whose attention was outstanding. He was extremely professional, kind, and always attentive to every detail, making the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
