They totally wrecked my VW beetle. They blew a brand new catalytic converter, broke a tire rod. My. Car wasn't rattling when I bought it in but when they finished I drove it a half mile and it started knocking. I took it back three times. Finally they told me the catalytic converter was no good but it was brand new so I bought another one they refused to put it on after I had payed $600 to put the first one on. I will never ever do business with these crooks again. They're not hones
I brought my ram promaster to this place to get my cat fixed it needed a gasket and the flex line was to long to sit on the cat and this place said they could fix it the manager showed me the problem and said he could fix it i paid over 200 dollars for him to do this , come to find out he did not do what he said he would do , I found this out about 3 weeks later because I was between 2 shops getting my transmission fixed and this muffler place to get my muffler together I called the manager and told him what happened and he said he can't do nothing about it I sent my wife in there and told her to ask him to take a look at the same van and he quoted her over 350 bucks to do this job that he was supposed to do the first time so I called the shop and spoke with him and busted his bubble on why he didn't fix it right the first time and he said I could get my half my money back that he's not doing it for free and tht I would need my receipt like buddy I just want my van fixed for what I paid you to do the first time PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THE MANAGER IS POINTLESS AND VERY IGNORANT THIS PLACE DESERVES TO BE CLOSED FOR PLAYING ON PEOPLES MONEY

Went to his and hers for flex pipe muffler and exhaust so you can only imagine how loud she was. It was inconvenient timing for me and i want to give a shout out and a huge thank you to the mechanics and customer service who got ole reliable up and running!!! I even did laps around my block and had the entire neighborhood cheering and clapping for how quiet my car is now, i highly recommend thank you again!!!
When I took my minivan in to His & Hers , I was sounding like chitty chitty bang bang. My dude put it on the lift (quick like) so there was no waiting. . Showed me wut it was & gave me an actual break cuz I was a lil shy. They thought nothing of it.. aaand it was right on time. And its quiet.. Thanks yall
