Even better, they’re the first roofing company in our region certified to install a FORTIFIED Roof™, which ended up saving us nearly 20% on our future homeowners insurance premiums, and that was after our dwelling replacement coverage increased. Truly incredible. James, Naomi, and their entire team were outstanding from start to finish. They set up a live photo feed so we could watch every step of the installation in real time, which gave us total peace of mind. Their attention to detail was exceptional: the cleanup was spotless, not a single nail left behind, and our landscaping was completely untouched. Our 7 year old roof needed some love. Georgia Roof Advisors had done some work previously and we liked them, so we called them back. Courtney came out on the date and time agreed, provided a full list of the repairs. 20% deposit down and the crew showed up 4 days later. James, the owner, was incredibly helpful when we accidentally paid the remainder twice and immediately voided the duplicate transaction. Tim and his crew were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves and texted photos because I was on a work call. We highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors for all your roofing needs.
We are extremely happy with our roof replacement done be Georgia Roof Advisors. They were very responsive and completely address are needs. Pricing was competitive. Everyone I encounter was knowledgeable and totally professional. The project was scheduled and completed to meet our unique needs. Roof replaced was scheduled quickly because of forecasted rain and concern we had with some roof leaks. They were able to schedule our project to do immediately. Communication was unbelievable - I always knew exactly what/who to expect. The roof looks great and I am totally satisfied. Special call out to Darrell Sweat for going above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Georgia Roof Advisor exceeded our expectations.
These guys did a phenomenal job! From initial visit to post-installation clean-up and punch-list completion, everything was thoroughly explained. The actual craftsmanship was evident as well. All lines were straight, clean, and it was pretty clear each worker took a bit of pride in what they did. They started early and worked until after dark, but got ours done in one day with no dumpster or pallet of materials occupying the driveway for more than a day. And the most important factor to some - the price - was extremely reasonable for the prep, quality, and attention to detail. Highly recommended. And believe me, while I'm generous on my restaurant reviews, home repair is a bit more scrutinized. These guys simply outperformed my high expectations.
