We had an excellent experience with Craddock’s Electrical Service. Communication was clear and professional from the moment I first reached out, including proactive updates the day before and the day of the appointment. We had one electrical outlet moved in a guest room and another installed in our garage, and the craftsmanship was solid and thoughtfully done. I was impressed with the entire experience with Craddock’s, but I especially want to give kudos to our technician, Derick Gladney. He took the time to really understand what we were trying to accomplish and helped us land on the best solution rather than just doing the minimum or fastest work. Derick was incredible—friendly, personable, quick, and efficient—and he handled everything with a great attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong technical skill with such a positive, customer-focused approach. Highly recommend both Craddock’s Electrical Service and Derick specifically.
Derick and Craddock’s was outstanding. Being in the home services business as well, expectations were clearly communicated on the front-end by Katie who was overly helpful. When Derick arrived, he immediately was such a pleasure to be around with a plethora of knowledge. We had quite a fun time identifying the issue, but he figured it out! His customer service is unmatched. Because I’m in Human Resources, I can certainly relate to how difficult it is to find good team members. Derick is someone I would love to recruit to our teams - I’d highly recommend doing whatever it takes to keep him!! 10/10

The team is outstanding. I asked for an immediate assist with electrical issues, and they jumped right on it. Steven was stellar. Great communication and he found the issue quickly and provided necessary repairs the same day. This was integral in keeping our business looking good to the public. Overall, the team is great, they installed the light fixture well. Loved my technician, but I am giving a 3 stars, because the estimate or proposal (which is given on site at the time of the service) came out to be twice as much much as a another electrician that I’ve used in the past. So the pricing just seemed really steep. I ended up only getting one (of two) light fixtures installed- due to cost. And both of my fixtures were very, very simple light fixtures. Also, be prepared to be shown different packages to buy into if requesting a simple service.
Nick was an amazing technician for us. We thought we had a larger problem than it turned out to be and he was so kind and helped us without making us feel silly for calling in the pros. I highly recommend CraddocksElectricalService and they will be my go-to anytime I need electrical professionals in the future! I loved the technology that came with the visit as well (the text messages, the picture of who was coming along with a brief bio of Nick). Companies who care about the safety of their customers rank very high in my books! Great experience all around (scheduling was fast too—I called yesterday and they were able to get Nick out here today). Thank you for the exceptional service!
