Called Safe Electrical to install color changing RGB canned lighting on our main level as well as outdoor patio lighting with paver block lights leading to the front door. From beginning to end, the experience was amazing and highly professional. Noelle took the time to understand our needs and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. Charles was thorough and explained our options clearly and ensured we were familiar with the products we were purchasing. Mitch and the rest of the crew went above and beyond expectations on the installation. Not only did they do a very professional job, they stuck around to make sure we knew how to operate our new patio lighting system. I cannot recommend Safe Electrical highly enough!
I just had soffit lighting installed by SAFE Electrical, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My initial consultation with Charles was concise, and informative. He addressed the entirety of my concerns regarding the project. Noelle kept excellent, consistent communication to ensure scheduling. The entire team: Justin, Mitch, and Ethan that performed the job was punctual, paid great attention to detail, displayed professionalism, and took careful measures to ensure the genuine overall quality of their work. Safe Electric upgraded our panel to 200 amps, plus other work. We were very pleased with their professionalism and excellent work. Didn't leave a mess at all and cleaned up after themselves. Charles, the owner, was very responsive from beginning to end. Noelle at the office was very professional and answered our questions. I would highly recommend Safe Electric. Having owned a house for 40 years and now a condo, I have had many occasions to hire electricians, who performed various tasks satisfactorily, but not to the degree that would make me want to use their services again ... not until I found SAFE Electrical Services company several years ago, who I have chosen to take care of my electrical needs ever since. From my initial office contact with the personable and efficient Noelle, who miraculously interprets and makes sense of any electrical problems or projects I am encountering (and my attempts to convey) and sets up appointments; to the professional and communicative Charles, who not only provides the initial assessment, the cost and explains everything that is entailed, offers suggesions, but also gives written options and costs that can accomplish the desired outcome for a customer, who needs to consider a more budget-friendly option; and finally to the on-time, efficient, courteous electricians who come in to accomplish the tasks. From start to completion, no mess is ever left, all walls, ceilings are patched and ready-to-be painted, I am asked if there are any questions and shown each completed job. The bottom take-away from all of this is that everyone I have encountered has high integrity, cares about their work and their customers. They make you feel that you and your safety are their highest priority, and I am thankful that Noelle is not an AI robot!
I’ve been a client for years and have always trusted and been impressed by the quality of work. I recently had an emergency and they really came to the rescue. A lighting strike to a utility pole next to my house took out the electricity to the in the light in the spare bedroom, my TV/DVD player and cable box in the living room. They came and replaced the faulty wiring (old house) to all affected areas. They were on time, communicated what steps they would take, and did a fantastic job!!
