***Edit just to say a reply to Priority Roofing- You have my contact information if you are really interested in communicating with me, not just trying to save face here.*** Giving 2 stars because at least Gerardo (who is the gentleman who runs the crew that is subcontracted) was friendly and acted like he cared which was refreshing. Zack (was told he’s a supervisor) and Greg (GM) have no problem gaslighting you, trying to make you feel incompetent, arguing over their quality of work (which was subpar at best), pushing that they’re good people who provide great customer service (just because you say this ten times doesn’t make it true), and have no issues leaving your roof with exposed decking around the entire perimeter. Did they eventually cover the exposed wood? Yes but only after I called Greg out on a blatant lie. Zack also attempted to coerce my husband into committing insurance fraud (have an audio recording of this) by saying our shingles that clearly had a manufacturers defect could be “hail damage from the next hail storm so you guys can get another free roof.” Also, my roof wasn’t free, my insurance company covered it and I do pay them a premium for that coverage. This is just the surface of our issues. I have zero confidence that my roof will last as long as it is intended to and even less confidence that this company will honor their “10 year warranty.” I have included some pictures but I also will be giving a deeper account of this whole horrific ordeal on my socials because yes, this was that bad. ****If you are seeing this and have had a roof installed by this company I urge you to inspect your roof. I feel like maybe that’s why our experience was so horrible because we did do a thorough inspection after each visit (there were 4 total).***** I also did try to reach out to their CEO since he claims on their website to actually receive and address submission via that form. If he did receive any of my requests, he ignored them. Kinda think that whole thing is for show.

These amazing guys worked extraordinarily hard to get our roof approved for a brand new makeover! The whole process was made super easy from start to finish. Only took a few days from approval to finished roof. And you would never know they had been here they clean up so well! Very happy customers!!
Stefano and Greg are truly the best in the business. After a tree fell onto our house during a storm, they were quick to work with our insurance and get a plan in action for repair. Greg and Stef took time to walk us through each step of the process, including the insurance claim and the repair work itself. They use high quality materials and the craftsmanship of the roof replacement was top notch. The new roof looks spectacular and I truly cannot thank the team at Priority Roofing enough, specifically Greg and Stefano. 10/10 experience and will be my go to roof contractor for any future work!
