the people are very kind but the work is unsatisfactory. they convinced me to let them replace my fender and bumper for cheap, but they left screws loose or missing and my fender is improperly aligned and not flush with the door. if i could get a partial refund i would. i have to take it apart and redo it myself anyways. on top of that, they put HUGE scratches in my door and just left them there. said i needed to get a car wash and bring it back for them to fix it. they also told me i needed a new tire rod before getting an alignment so i said ok, the issue is still present and now apparently i need another tire rod? never again
Had my car towed here for an oil pressure sensor error. Worst decision I ever made in my life. Asked them if they worked with endurance extended warranty. They assured me they have worked with them before. Little did I know they would work on the car complete the fixes and then call into the warranty company only to be denied because they worked on the car prior to being approved. Unable to provide copy of work performed or even a receipt. Called back in a couple months later to have one emailed to me and the manager hung up on me.

I brought in my ford focus and the guys showed me everything that was wrong. They were super friendly and fixed everything. My car was noisy for as long as I can remember and mechanic figured out how to fix it. My car sounds like a completely new machine, it’s awesome!
This is the worst place I could have ever visited. People with no proper experience. I went for replacing a flat tyre, but the guy who works there broke the lug nuts of the tyre while replacing. He was very casual about it and told me to drive as there are 3 other nuts which is fit correctly. They are such inexperienced people I've ever seen. I was running late for work, and so I had to get it done. But I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your cars, get it fixed somewhere else.
The greatest mistake I made was to bring my car to them. They are the worse and inexperienced people. Broke lug nuts of my car tyre and didn't even apologize. They wouldn't repair it for free, though they broke it and I had to take my car elsewhere. I would never recommened this place. Guys go to Toledo Tyre & Auto Care instead.
