The staff especially Jourdan Hawkins is the absolute best. I went after 6 years and they promptly got me on the program to pay for my doctor visits plus dental and eye. I was there for a hour and they got all done for me as well as see the doctor and blood work. I definitely speak high volumes on this place and will never leave. Dr Ikronu is the best and he has a wonderful and caring staff.
Showed up 10 minutes early just in case and the front desk was very pleasant and organized when greeting me. I didn’t have to go through all the same insurance and check-in paperwork again like previous offices had me do. Was seen on time and promptly by the PA and the DR. In and out in less than 30 minutes, and the staff was pleasant and efficient throughout the visit. Can’t ask for anything else and that’s why this is the office I regularly goto.

My daughter has been a patient of Eastown Family Physicians for 11 years now and I would never change her clinic Dr. Ekwonu give you all the attention and makes sure to answer all your questions. PA Cook came along not much ago and she is also great! everyone at Eastown Family Physicians are so friendly. I would say their care goes beyond expectations!
Been going here for quite some time and the staff is amazing. The doctor is always helpful and always on top of his game. I will keep them as my primary care physician for sure.
I am in medical field also. I feel they can do better with answering phones and communication. It starts with receptionists listen clear to what the patient is asking before assuming to brush them off. Other than that great service.
