Went here with tooth pain and ended up needing a filling and a crown on separate teeth. I'll try to keep it short while still accurately representing my experience: The first painful tooth just needed a filling. During the filling the dental assistant that did the work had trouble removing the band after the filling was done, and yanked on it hard enough to loosen the tooth and cause ongoing pain. I brought this to their attention and they redid the filling a few weeks later, which did not solve the pain. I tried to explain to several people what had happened, but everyone seemed unwilling to acknowledge what I was saying (I assume for liability sake). When the second filling didn't work I was redirected to an endodontist. It is now about 10 months later and I still have intermittent pain. The endo did not recommend a root canal at this stage, so I'm just hoping it gets better over time. The second tooth needed a crown, which I had done. About a month after the crown my pain returned and I went back. The dental assistant took Xrays and referred me to an endodontist. I ended up needing a root canal, which required me to return to have them replace the permanent filling after the root canal was completed. At that time, I told the dentist that the crown felt like it was higher than my other teeth. He showed me the bite strip and said it looked fine to him, so I didn't argue. Fast forward another two months, and I ended up back at the endodontist with dull pain in the same tooth. He ended up re-shaping the tooth because the crown was protruding and messing up my bite (go figure). I tried to reach out via email to discuss the situation on December 16th, then followed up on the 19th, but never heard anything back. After literal thousands of dollars and quite a lot of vacation time used, I continue to deal with pain. Obviously, not the ideal experience. I gave two stars because the assistants and front desk people are very kind and accommodating, and they do get you into the chair pretty quickly. The dentist is also very kind, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout. I will say that I was surprised that I went in with tooth pain after they did work on the tooth, and the dentist didn't see me. Just had an assistant do Xrays and then send me to someone else. Definitely did not instill any confidence in returning.

These guys are the best! They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was so nervous about getting a crown on my molar. I didn't feel a thing! Dr Petrov was the best! I con't remember his assitant's name...shame on me...She was great too! I have anew dentist!
Just wanted to shout out Taylor today. She listened to me and provided me with quality care. She understood my anxiety and dealt with me accordingly. She explained the procedure thoroughly without making me feel bad or stupid. When clients come to the dentist, they really don’t want to hear what a horrible job of cleaning. I appreciate her and Dr. Sarah who also spoke with me and relieved my anxiety.
Firestone Family Dental was amazing! They got me in super quickly after I broke my tooth, and everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Dr. Sarah and Dye were both fantastic! I had gone to another office that tried to push a root canal I didn’t even need, but Firestone took the time to actually look and clearly saw that wasn’t necessary. I was extremely relieved and so thankful for their honesty and care. Highly recommend!
Rude and unprofessional receptionist, great tech.... but then unprofessional dentist. He took no time with me and rushed my appointment. Never going back
