Aaron Hicks was awesome! He helped me with gutters, downspouts and siding. He was able to color match the downspouts to the siding color. I highly recommend this company and Aaron. He goes above and beyond; keeping you up to date throughout the process.
Have had a great experience with Roofsmith so far. We are soo appreciative of Mitch Sahadi. We would not have got through this process without him! He was literally the glue that held this whole process together while trying to make it as painless as possible for the customer. Exercise caution! Shady tactics and faulty installation. We've had an extremely difficult time getting our roof inspected and certified per our contract, despite numerous requests. Timelines have been missed repeatedly and no clear solutions are given. On top of that, we had water damage right after the installation. Been nothing but headaches.
I waited a full year before writing this review to make sure there were no leaks in my roof. My experience was frustrating. They started the work with out a permit in hand which led to a stop-work order after they removed all the shingles. This left my home exposed and I had to stop working to make multiple phone calls to get a permit aproved.
Great company to work with. They fought and fought for a full replacement because American family tried to deny the claim. Ryan Malloy was my project manager and he went above and beyond to keep me informed, constantly updating me on the claims process as well as my spot in line for getting the work done. Responses were fast and professional. The work was done fast and neatly. Absolutely nothing left behind from the job. I even reccomended them to a family friend which they took care of as well! Would definitely use them again.
