They handled a wide range of electrical work in my older home in Cincinnati, including removing old knob-and-tube wiring, adding proper GFCI protection in the kitchen and bathrooms, installing custom under-cabinet and over-cabinet lighting, updating kitchen and bath lights and exhaust fans, putting in several ceiling fans and a chandelier, adding smart dimmer switches, setting up Ethernet ports in a few rooms, and installing dedicated outlets for kitchen appliances and the basement sump pump. They also installed two camera doorbells at the front and back doors and quickly took care of an emergency electrical issue in the basement when an old wire started smoking. I have hired them for so many electrical upgrades that I am probably leaving a few out, but every job has been done with great care and strong attention to detail. The electricians were professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. They always explained the wiring, fixtures, and repair options clearly so I could understand the work and make good decisions for my home. Malachi handled most of the electrical projects in my house and did excellent work. He was hardworking, careful, and made sure everything was completed the right way, even when it took extra time. Cameron also helped prevent a much bigger problem by safely removing a dangerous old wire that could have caused a serious electrical hazard. Their office staff was kind, organized, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I also felt the pricing was fair for the quality of the electrical service. I do not want to cut corners on important things like wiring, outlets, lighting, and safety upgrades, and I felt I received real value. My home feels much safer, more functional, and more comfortable now, and I will definitely call them again for any future electrician work.

This was the second electrical job at my home that i had completed by Mark's Finest Electric, and both times i was very happy with the work. For this project, I had outlet connections installed for under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. The price quoted over the phone matched the final cost when malachi arrived, which gave me confidence right away. He placed the outlets exactly where I wanted them and made sure everything looked clean, neat, and professionally finished. After the installation, he cleaned out the cabinets, wiped down the counters, and even vacuumed the kitchen floor, which really showed great attention to detail. The whole visit felt organized, efficient, and respectful of my home. It is not easy to find an electrician who does quality work and also takes pride in leaving the space spotless. Based on this experience, my next electrical project will be a transfer switch installation, and they will absolutely get my business again. My upstairs cooling stopped working, so i called Mark's Finest Electric for help with the hvac wiring and power issue. cameron and the crew came out quickly, checked the air handler, thermostat connections, breaker panel, and the outdoor condenser unit, and got right to work. They replaced the upstairs air handler and the outside unit, made sure everything was wired correctly and running safely, and had the upstairs cool again very fast. i am very satisfied with the work and the whole process felt easy. They cleaned the area well, explained the electrical and system details in simple terms, and answered all my questions. i also appreciate that they were professional, careful, and respectful in my home. i will definitely call them again because my other system may need service soon, and i feel confident they can handle it.
