Highly recommend WJ McNabb Plumbing! After a pipe froze during the extreme cold this January, I reached out and was greeted by Andrea, their professional Office Manager. She was empathetic and efficient, getting me on the schedule immediately. Mike, the technician, was top-tier. He diagnosed the issue and helped me create a long-term solution to prevent future freezes by rerouting lines through a heated interior path. He also replaced an aging water heater with total expertise. Since I was off-site, I especially appreciated Mike’s detailed phone updates and the photos he sent of the finished work. Their pricing is fair and accurately reflects their high-quality workmanship and stellar reputation. If you want the job done right the first time by a knowledgeable team, call these folks.

My sewer backed up into the basement. I noticed it on a Friday afternoon and did not want to wait until Monday morning for my usual plumber to take care of it. From the point that Andrea answered the phone to the point that the guys left, I was impressed. Initially, Andrea didn't know if they could get to me on such short notice, but she did everything she could to make it happen and called to keep me up-to-date in the mean time. The guys were finishing up another job and could squeeze me in and so they did. Colton and (I can't remember the other guy's name - sorry other guy!) were great - professional, nice, polite, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what they were doing, etc. They came in and took a look at the situation, how the sewer lines were run, gave me their pricing which I agreed to, and got to work. Waste water now flows into the sewer again! I think their prices are probably a bit high, but (whose isn't?) they do not charge by the hour, at least not for unplugging a sewer, and they were able to show up within a few hours of my initial call. So was it worth it? Of course it was! I now have two trusted plumbing companies I can call when things go awry.
