I recently hired them to upgrade my old 4” gutters and 2” x 3” downspouts to a much more robust 6” gutter and 3” x 4” downspout system, along with gutter guards on the south side of my home in Carmel. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The team's communication was stellar, keeping me informed every step of the way. The installation itself was seamless, incredibly quick, and highly professional, and the final results look fantastic and function perfectly. Indy Roof and Restoration did a great job. We had a tree clip the corner of our house. They tarped it off that same day. Paul came out to assess the damage. We decided to use them to repair it and install a new roof and gutters. They worked very well with our insurance and had very good communication through the whole process. The installing and repair crews knocked it out in a 14 hour day and left the yard spotless after cleaning up.

A+++ I would highly recommend Indy Roof & Restoration. Dave was fantastic to work with! Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he also took the lead with the water mitigation, pack out, photographing and compiling a list of all the damaged items and cleaning of the rugs & upholstery. In this very stressful situation for us, his experience and communication put us at ease. The technicians were also very good, professional and performed high-quality work. We are very pleased with the service we received. Overall, we’ve just had an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Indy Roof & Restoration.
INDY Roof & Restoration did an excellent job replacing the roof on my father n law's rental property in Indianapolis. What impressed me most was that they took the roof all the way down to the decking to inspect everything underneath and make sure it was properly sealed before installing the new roof. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I highly recommend them!
We're very happy with our experience. The entire process from first phone call for a complete roof replacement and gutters was only around 6 weeks. We had very easy on demand contact with Paul and others throughout the entire process. Prices are right in line with current industry standard. I feel pretty confident in any future customer service I may need with them. Not a discount roofer, but you absolutely get great support for paying a fair price.
