Hello! Gonna be completely honest, not sure how everyone leaves 5 stars. Had a polar opposite experience here. I dropped my car off here for 2 months while I was out and expected to be completely fixed when I got back. Had a leaking transmission, needed new tie rods and alignment. I wanted the timing belt changed too. But while I was out, I kept calling and they said “we’ll get to it next week”, and they said this for like 4 weeks. Eventually I called and they said “yeah we got it done”. I asked if they looked at the timing belt, and they told me that my own car had a timing chain and doesn’t need fixing… (it most definitely a timing belt motor lol). I got back and they said it was “all good”. The car wouldn’t start and they said it sat for awhile and they didn’t run it. My car was also hit twice in the parking lot with visible scratches, and they said it’s just the “rain we’ve been having and leaving weather marks”. We got it running, and my gears were whining and my alignment was completely off. Brought it back, and they said the transmission was completely dry, and the alignment was off by 30 degrees, and was like $700 alone for the tie rods and alignment lol. They said a guy that worked there they said they “fired” worked on it and messed it up, and didn’t know what he was doing with my car. They tried to fix it and did it for free, but it started leaking again. I needed to drive it out of state for the holidays and they said they’d fix it, but it was sitting in their shop for a couple days when they said it would be done day of, but ended up waiting an extra 2 days and was late getting back home. They said the issue was with a driveshaft output seal, which really only takes like 30 minutes to fix. I went back in when they opened and one of the mechanics there was nice enough to just get it done quick for me cause I was already late. But sadly, again, not even the issue. I just ended up driving it leaking a little for 9 hours straight and gonna just have my brother do it this week lol. Spent a pretty good amount of money and just upsetting with the inconvenience to be honest.

Being a woman, I’m always a little wary when it comes to going to mechanics because you never really know how honest or straightforward people will be. But this place was incredible. From the moment I walked in, they were transparent, respectful, and genuinely kind. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and got my windshield replaced quickly and professionally. Chris was incredibly kind and even offered professional advice about my car, including things to look out for with that specific model.
Set up an appointment for this shop on CarMax's website to do a diagnostic for a check engine light since the Nashville CarMax service locations were so backed up and was excited to support a small business in the process. Am disappointed to say I had a terrible experience. I walked in and they said they didn't accept CarMax appointments and that it would be days before they could look at my car. I was willing to be flexible scheduling-wise, but then when I told the manager I drove a Ford Bronco when checking in, he proceeded to let me know multiple times that I made a terrible decision in picking my car and probably only picked it because it looked "pretty." My ride showed up, and he did the exact same thing to her. Decided not to leave my car with this shop after this and would not recommend.
Wasn't cheap but it was fast and done right. did some major repairs that required taking out my entire engine in one day. dropped it off in the morning, picked it up that afternoon. took all of 5 minutes in the waiting room to get it set up, and another 2 minutes to pay later. very fast service. Chris explained everything very well, and explained my different options. stung the wallet, but i will go back next time i have any car trouble because it was done right.
Walked in when they were pretty busy, needed my ac blower motor replaced. They took care of me on the spot - in less than an hour. Fixed my vehicle, with a new part (I had bought the wrong one) and were super friendly and affordable.
