Chris and his team were fantastic! I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment, and they walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They were honest, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also pointed out additional issues that needed to be addressed before the alignment could be done properly, which saved me from wasting money on an alignment that wouldn’t have lasted. They even helped me find more affordable parts and provided a small discount because everything except the alignment was completed that day. We brought the car back the next morning, and the alignment was finished quickly. I really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and customer service. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any automotive repairs or maintenance!

Hello! Gonna be completely honest, not sure how everyone leaves 5 stars. Had a polar opposite experience here. I dropped my car off here for 2 months while I was out and expected to be completely fixed when I got back. Had a leaking transmission, needed new tie rods and alignment. I wanted the timing belt changed too. But while I was out, I kept calling and they said “we’ll get to it next week”, and they said this for like 4 weeks. Eventually I called and they said “yeah we got it done”. I asked if they looked at the timing belt, and they told me that my own car had a timing chain and doesn’t need fixing… (it most definitely a timing belt motor lol). I got back and they said it was “all good”. The car wouldn’t start and they said it sat for awhile and they didn’t run it. My car was also hit twice in the parking lot with visible scratches, and they said it’s just the “rain we’ve been having and leaving weather marks”. We got it running, and my gears were whining and my alignment was completely off. Brought it back, and they said the transmission was completely dry, and the alignment was off by 30 degrees, and was like $700 alone for the tie rods and alignment lol. They said a guy that worked there they said they “fired” worked on it and messed it up, and didn’t know what he was doing with my car. They tried to fix it and did it for free, but it started leaking again. I needed to drive it out of state for the holidays and they said they’d fix it, but it was sitting in their shop for a couple days when they said it would be done day of, but ended up waiting an extra 2 days and was late getting back home. They said the issue was with a driveshaft output seal, which really only takes like 30 minutes to fix. I went back in when they opened and one of the mechanics there was nice enough to just get it done quick for me cause I was already late. But sadly, again, not even the issue. I just ended up driving it leaking a little for 9 hours straight and gonna just have my brother do it this week lol. Spent a pretty good amount of money and just upsetting with the inconvenience to be honest.
I had a minor accident but my insurance company was taking forever. I was stranded four hours from home with few clothes and personal belongings (day trip). After 3 days, still no insurance rep. But WOW!!! These guys at Precision Tune helped me get a new radiator and hose including some bent metal to navigate. They told me what they had to do, how much it would cost (in advance), and were TRUE to their word. That is so unusual and a blessing! They got me on the road by Friday closing time. Never did get that insurance person on site, but this amazing team got me home! Thank you Willie, Chris, Michael, and the other two guys! You are my heroes!!!
These guys are the best! Honest and trustworthy! We were driving cross country hit some road bump, car started making strange noise, I looked up car service that had good reviews, and Precision Tune Auto Care came up, and let me tell you, the reviews were absolutely right! They got us in to inspect the van right away, gave us great advice and send us on our way! I wish we had them in our town back home!
