I have 3 company cars and have been going to Vince's for about 5 years now. The only thing is you have to schedule a month in advance. Its worth the wait. About 2 years ago my coworker was told her car would be over 5 thousand to fix and she should get a new one. I told her take it to Vincent's. She did.... we told Brian at Vincent's the story. Vincent's fixed her car for less than 1500. She drove it another year or so till it was paid off and then she traded it in. I guess my point is, they are honest mechanics. I refer a lot of people to them.
Recently having moved from Iowa, I was looking for a trusty new repair shop. Always sucks to lose your mechanic. I needed new pads and rotors on my front axle. After being quoted $850-$900 at Tevis next door, and over $1050 at another shop nearby, I was ready to buy materials and do it myself. I felt like I was crazy for expecting it to be lower. I reached out to Vince's, and they quoted me $399. BEAUTIFUL. Thank you!! And instead of giving me the repair I THOUGHT I needed, (rear axle warping- rear brake change), they found the actual issue(front rotor warping), thus saving me $$ again. They even stressed the importance of bedding my brakes, which is great info to have! Love their honesty, WILL be returning. 🫶✨

I just went to Vince's for an emergency repair (bad wheel bearing). They were busy but fit me in sooner than expected, and did everything they could to keep the costs down. Would definitely recommend and I'll be going back!
Always a great experience! The owner Brian makes sure that you are getting the best price for parts by calling around to various suppliers & his long time mechanic Gene is absolutely the best. He knows vehicles inside & out. I’ve had my cars serviced there for over 30 years & though I moved 15 miles away I always return to Vince’s for repairs & service. Can’t say enough about how good they are.
Excellent customer service, very prompt and friendly. The owner Brian couldn't have been nicer and answered all my questions about my brakes installment. Had my car inspected as well. Took just one afternoon essentially. Brian even drove me home and back twice and gave me some advice on where to get the best pizza! The cost of 4 new brakes with rotors included, the inspection, and the oil change/filter was reasonable, probably less than I would have paid at my dealership. Vince's automotive is an excellent neighborhood and family operated choice for repairs and service.
