My wife Karen and I had wanted to remodel our kitchen for some time. I have completed extensive remodelling of several homes in the past including work on our current home and wanted to remodel our kitchen as well. Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn’t unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a ‘hub’ area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.
Fantastic quality from Liran and co! My wife and I had our bathroom remodeled by Level Up Construction and we are very happy with the results. We got quotes from 4 different contractors, and Liran and Level Up were very reasonable with their pricing. The difference maker is Liran's commitment to doing things the right way, with permits and inspections included. The design process was easy and fun. Our project was challenging, as our house (like many in Seattle) is old, and there were some unique hurdles to overcome (concrete flooring, cast iron tub to remove, and plaster walls). Liran had answers for everything and his calm, level-headed mentality was very reassuring. It's easy to be happy with a smooth project, but what makes Level Up special is their commitment to make sure everything is right and the customer is happy. In our experience, Liran stood behind his work, took our feedback, and made sure everything was perfect. We are so happy to have our beautiful new bathroom. Thanks again to Liran and all!

I cannot recommend Liran and his team at Level Up Construction and Remodeling highly enough! Our journey to a new master bathroom started with a nightmare. Almost a year ago, we hired a different contractor who not only did a terrible job but actually damaged our home. We were left feeling stressed, frustrated, and hesitant to trust anyone else. From our very first conversation with Liran, the owner, we knew this experience would be different. He listened patiently to our story, was incredibly sympathetic, and promised he would do everything in his power to deliver a positive outcome and restore our faith in the process. Liran absolutely delivered on that promise. His attention to detail is second to none, and his communication was excellent throughout the entire project. We were always kept in the loop. Every single aspect of the job – the plumbing, electrical, tile work, painting, and flooring – was handled with the utmost professionalism and competence. Furthermore, every member of his team who came to our house was polite, respectful, and clearly a master of their craft. The final result is a master bathroom that is exactly what we had hoped for. It's beautiful, functional, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Me and my wife purchased new home in Bellevue. We knew that we have very large scope of wotk such as kitchen remodeling, 3 bathrooms remodeling, primary bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting etc... We call few high rated local companies to come and give us an estimate. After we met with Liran from level up construction we knew we want to work with him. During the first walk through in the house We felt the experience and knowledge and amount of care for details for our first house. The company representative was always there for us during the project. For any question we had at any time! There are things we got with level up, That's we understand the value and the rare high performance customers service. Everything came up exactly as we wanted. In some areas of the house, it's even better than what we pictured. Liran was there for us for every question and Showed up with a lot of ideas. It was very valuable for us to use a company that comes with a lot of creative ideas and knowledge. How to get things done properly. Everything was done, permitted and inspected by the city of Bellevue. We want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us. And for our family We enjoyed the house and the remodeling every single day We are happy to highly recommend this company. For any remodeling or large scope of work! The price was fair and we will use them again in future projects.
I purchased my home from Level Up Construction in December 2024, and nearly two years later, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. We visited new construction homes and this company with the attention to detail is above the competition. The quality of construction is top-notch. From the structural integrity to the finishing touches, it is evident that they don’t cut corners. Even after living in the home for a significant amount of time, the craftsmanship has held up beautifully. What truly sets this builder apart, however, is their accountability. Even now, long after the sale was finalized, the builder remains incredibly reachable. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they have been just a phone call away and have helped me every single time without hesitation.
